PROEXPORT
The Association of Growers-Exporters of Fruits and Vegetables of
the Region of Murcia (PROEXPORT) was founded in 1975 and its made
of 40 companies and co-operatives, which are export leaders of fruits and
horticulture produce in Spain. 25 of these companies are officially recognised
as Producer Organisations, integrated in PROEXPORT-OPFH, a sister association
of PROEXPORT.
PROEXPORT members employ 50,000 workers. They marketed 669,312 Tm.
of tomato, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower and melon during the 2002-2003
campaign.This fact means more than 75% of the total production and exports
of fruits and vegetables of the Region of Murcia. Therefore, this association
is considered as a driving force of the regional economy.
PROEXPORT and its related companies work with the common objective
of supplying Spanish and International clients with fruits and horticulture
produce of the best quality and flavour, which are grown in accordance with
the strictest health and environmental controls. PROEXPORT companies are
known worldwide as leaders in:

PROEXPORT has initiated a Plan to Improve
Foodstuff Quality (P.I.C.A.), which is a programme
to favour the introduction and certification in most
of our members of some of the most recognised
quality normatives: UNE 155.000, ISO 9001, ISO
14000, EMAS II, EUREPGAP, BRC and others.
PROEXPORT hat einen Plan zur Belebung der

die Einführung und Zertifizierung einiger der angesehensten

QUALIFIED TRAINING
The qualification and professionalism of the workers belonging to the
fruit and horticultural companies are our two main objectives, therefore
PROEXPORT has carried out an array of training programmes. At
present, PROEXPORT invests more than 1.5 million Euros per year
in specialisation training programmes that cover areas such as Food
Hygiene and Safety, Production and Handling of Fruit and Horticulture
Stuff, Agricultural Technology, Environmental Quality and Company
Management and Administration.

Foodstuff Quality (P.I.C.A.), which is a programme
to favour the introduction and certification in most
of our members of some of the most recognised
quality normatives: UNE 155.000, ISO 9001, ISO
14000, EMAS II, EUREPGAP, BRC and others.
PROEXPORT hat einen Plan zur Belebung der
ernährungswir t-schaftlichen Qualität (P.I.C.A.) in Gang
gesetzt, einen sektoralen Plan, der daraufhin konzipiert ist,
die Einführung und Zertifizierung einiger der angesehensten
Qualitätsnormen in den meisten uns angegliederten Firmen
zu begünstigen: UNE 155.000, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, EMAS
II, EUREPGAP, BRC und andere.

QUALIFIED TRAINING
The qualification and professionalism of the workers belonging to the
fruit and horticultural companies are our two main objectives, therefore
PROEXPORT has carried out an array of training programmes. At
present, PROEXPORT invests more than 1.5 million Euros per year
in specialisation training programmes that cover areas such as Food
Hygiene and Safety, Production and Handling of Fruit and Horticulture
Stuff, Agricultural Technology, Environmental Quality and Company
Management and Administration.

PROEXPORT
The Association of Growers-Exporters of Fruits and Vegetables of
the Region of Murcia (PROEXPORT) was founded in 1975 and its made
of 40 companies and co-operatives, which are export leaders of fruits and
horticulture produce in Spain. 25 of these companies are officially recognised
as Producer Organisations, integrated in PROEXPORT-OPFH, a sister association
of PROEXPORT.
PROEXPORT members employ 50,000 workers. They marketed 669,312 Tm.
of tomato, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower and melon during the 2002-2003
campaign.This fact means more than 75% of the total production and exports
of fruits and vegetables of the Region of Murcia. Therefore, this association
is considered as a driving force of the regional economy.
PROEXPORT and its related companies work with the common objective
of supplying Spanish and International clients with fruits and horticulture
produce of the best quality and flavour, which are grown in accordance with
the strictest health and environmental controls. PROEXPORT companies are
known worldwide as leaders in:
• Food safety.
• Research and development in new varieties.
• Introduction of quality systems in production and companies management.
• High technology application to production processes in the fields and
warehouses.
• Use of cultivation methods respectful to environment.

Die Vereinigung der Produzenten und Exporteure von Obst
und Gemüse der Region Murcia (PROEXPORT), welche
sich 1975 gebildet hat, vereint in sich 40 Unternehmen und
Genossenschaften, die ihrerseits Marktführer im Bereich
des Exports von Obst und Gemüse in Spanien sind. 25
dieser Firmen sind offiziell als Herstellerorganisationen von
Obst und Gemüse anerkannt. Sie sind in PROEXPORTOPFH, einer Zweigvereinigung von PROEXPORT
eingegliedert.

PROEXPORT und deren angegliederte Firmen arbeiten
mit dem Ziel die nationalen und internationalen Kunden
mit Gemüse und Obst von höchstem Qualitätsstandard

mit den strengsten Gesundheits- und Umweltkontrollen
angebaut. Die Firmen von PROEXPORT sind als Marktführer
