Pro Bono
Desde 2001 Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal es miembro de la Comisión de Trabajo Pro Bono
e Interés Público del Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Esta comisión se ocupa de asesorar de manera gratuita a más de doscientas ONG.
Además, el Estudio ha participado en la redacción de la Declaración de Trabajo Pro
Bono para el Continente Americano y la suscribió en 2008.
En Marval, una comisión interna organiza, distribuye y coordina el trabajo pro bono
que realizan todos los integrantes del Estudio. El servicio que se brinda es idéntico al
que reciben los clientes: una vez identificado el tipo de asesoramiento que se necesita,
se deriva al equipo pertinente, quien se ocupa de ofrecer las soluciones.

Since 2001, Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal has been a member of the Pro Bono and Public
Interest Committee of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
This Committee is dedicated to providing cost free counsel to over two hundred
NGOs. Furthermore, our Firm participated in drafting the Pro Bono Declaration for
the Americas and signed it in 2008.
Within Marval an internal committee organizes, distributes and co-ordinates the pro
bono work carried out by members of the Firm. This service is identical to that
received by the Firm’s clients: as soon as the NGO’s needs are identified, they are
attended by the relevant team, who offer them appropriate solutions.
