CARTA PARA PADRES - PERMISO PARA ACCESO AL INTERNET
Su niño(a) tiene acceso al Internet. El vasto dominio de información contenida entre las bibliotecas de
Internet pueden proporcionar oportunidades ilimitadas a los estudiantes.
Los estudiantes podrán tener acceso al Internet a travéz de sus maestros. Cuentras estudiantiles
individuales y direcciones para correo electrónico son repartidas a los estudiantes de los grades 6 – 12.
Si un estudiante ya tiene un correo electrónico, él/ella puede, con permiso del maestro en supervisión,
usar el correo para enviar y recibir correo de la escuela.
Los estudiantes están supuestos a mantener la siguiente etiqueta de la red:
 El uso de la red es un privilegio que puede ser quitado por la violació de la política de la junta
directiva o los reglamentos. Como usario de la Internet, a los estudiantes se les permite el
acceso a otras redes. Los estudiantes deben de mantener las políticas y procedimientos de esas
otras redes.
 Los estudiantes respetarán todas los acuerdos de derechos de autor y licencias.
 Los estudiantes citarán todos las referencias y fuentes de información.
 Los estudiantes permanecerán en el sistema el tiempo suficiente para obtener la información
que se necesita.
 Los estudiantes aplicarán la misma privacidad, ética, y consideraciones educativas utilizadas
en otras formas de comunicación.
 El acceso de los estudiantes al correo electrónico será a través de la escuela emitida por cuenta
de Google. Los estudiantes deben cumplir con las siguientes directrices:

 Otros pueden tener acceso y leer el correo, por lo tanto no deben enviar mensajes privados.
 Borrar inmediatamente mensajes que no se desean.
 El uso de lenguaje incorrecto es prohibido.
 Siempre firme los mensajes.
 Siempre haga saber del document o archivo recibido.
Los estudiantes que entran al servicio del Internet que tenga un costo serán responsables de ese
pago o esos costos.
Por favor firmar la siguiente forma si ustedes quicieran que su niño(a) pueda tener acceso al Internet y
regresar la forma de permiso a la escuela de su niño(a).

Si usted a concedido a su niño(a) el acceso del Internet, por favor haga que le respoda a lo siguiente:
He leído la etiqueta esperada de la red y estoy de acuerdo a mantener estas provisiones. Entiendo
que la violación de estas provisiones puede representar la suspención ó anulación de los privilegios
del Internet.
Acepto ser responsible por pagos y costos cargados al entrar a cualquier servicio de Internet
que tenga algún costo envuelto.

INTERNET ACCESS PERMISSION LETTER TO PARENTS
Your child has access to the Internet. The vast domain of information contained within Internet's
libraries can provide unlimited opportunities to students.
Students will be able to access the Internet through their teachers. Individual student accounts and
electronic mail addresses are issued to students in grades 6-12. If a student already has an electronic
mail address, he/she may, with permission of the supervising teacher, be permitted to use the address
to send and receive mail at school.
Students will be expected to abide by the following network etiquette:
 The use of the network is a privilege and may be taken away for violation of board policy or
regulations. As a user of the Internet, students may be allowed access to other networks. Each
network may have its own set of policies and procedures. Students will abide by the polices
and procedures of these other networks.
 Students will respect all copyright and license agreements.
 Students will cite all quotes, references, and sources.
 Students will only remain on the system long enough to get needed information.
 Students will apply the same privacy, ethical and educational considerations utilized in other
forms of communication.
 Student access for electronic mail will be through school-issued Google account. Students
should adhere to the following guidelines:

 Others may be able to read or access the mail, so private messages should not be sent.
 Delete unwanted messages immediately.
 Use of objectionable language is prohibited.
 Always sign messages.
 Always acknowledge receipt of a document or file.
Students accessing Internet services that have a cost involved will be responsible for payment
of those costs.
Please sign the form if you would like your child to be granted Internet access and return the
permission form to your child's school.
