history all in one place? Maysville Public Library. The library has
a vast array of print, audio, and E books for children and adults.
We continually add new books to our collections. The library has a
huge selection of dvd’s for children and adults.
We offer free programs for the children, public access computers,
free WI-FI, and free educational printing up to 20 pages. New this
year is Mango Languages. Mango allows you to choose from over
70 languages FREE! We are a proud member of the Piedmont Regional Library System and Georgia PINES. This allows us to fulfill
our patrons needs more quickly by requesting materials to be sent
from anywhere in the state to your home library.
Printing, copying, and faxing are also available for a nominal fee.
Homework assignment printing is free up to 20 pages!

Every Child Ready To Read
Reading is essential to school success. Children who enter kindergarten with pre reading skills can
focus on learning to read instead
of first learning pre reading skills
Baby and Me is a program for
children 6 months– 3 years of age
to introduce children to the library. The program is on Mondays from September—May at
10:30am.
Storytime is every Tuesday from
September to May at 10:30am. We
introduce children to the pleasures
of stories and create an excitement
for reading. Children begin to develop comprehension skills and
imagination through books, songs,
and a take home craft. The program is free and open to children
