La reproducción del Cupressus
sempervirens desde siempre se ha realizado
por semillas, originando gran variabilidad en
las plantas obtenidas, por lo que dan lugar a
cultivos muy heterogéneos. Estas plantas
cuando son trasladadas a jardines, tanto
públicos como privados, dan lugar a
crecimientos muy dispares, con la
consiguiente falta de estética y calidad, tanto
si son plantas individuales, como juntas en
setos y cortavientos.
Tenisplant, después de un tiempo
investigando ha conseguido reproducir por
vía vegetativa (enraizamiento de esquejes) el
ciprés, partiendo de una sólo planta bien
seleccionada cuyo porte piramidal, columnar
y homogéneo, lo hacen apto para conseguir
cultivos completamente perfectos. Por ello,
aparte de los cultivos acabados de que
disponemos, introducimos en el mercado un
artículo en maceta de 9 cm de diámetro, con
una altura de 25/30 cm, apta como planta
joven para recultivar a tamaños mayores.

reproduction was always done by seeds, and
this way originates a big variability on the
plants, being a heterogeneous crop.
These plants when are transferred into a
public or private garden have a very different
way of growing. That’s become into an
absence of quality and aesthetic situation,
and occurs with single plants and even with a
hedge.
After a time Tenisplant has been able to
reproduce cupressus under a vegetative way
starting from only one selectioned plant with
a pyramidal, columnar appearance, that
makes it suitable to achieve perfect a crop.
For that reason we introduce to the market
an article in 9 cm of diameter pot, with a
height of 25/30 cm, suitable as a young plant
and as a plant to recultivate and to obtain
bigger sizes.
