Fold towel right sides together. Cut the above shape out of your towel.

Place a 6” piece of 1/2’ elastic folded in half between the layers of towel. Place it
3-4” up from the bottom edge of the towel.
Stitch 1/2 from the edge along sides and top, leaving bottom open. Zig Zag or overcast edges to keep from unraveling. Turn inside out.
