Based on this question has developed research work , the overall goal has demonstrated the
need for a specific legal regime designed to provide real and effective at protecting victims of
domestic violence.
It has been theorized as the nature of the qualified family violence in order to identify the
agent, the victim and the affected legally act. Has contextualized all regulatory background,
generating international organizations created for this purpose, is defined justification to criminalize
domestic violence identifying the legally protected and made active and passive subjects.
With the above purpose has proposed a draft law, which has regulated the misdemeanor, the
substantive and procedural part of the new legal system to be implemented.
