Dear Ms. Sánchez,
At its fourteenth session, held from 18 to 26 November 2015, the Assembly of the
States Parties decided that the Committee on Budget and Finance would hold its twenty-sixth
and session twenty-seventh sessions from 18 to 22 April 2016 and from 19 to 30 September
2016, respectively.
Travel arrangements will be dealt with by the ICC Travel Unit. The Court shall send
you the tentative itinerary so you would arrive one day before the beginning of the session
and depart the day after the end of the session. This itinerary can be modified if you so desire,
on the understanding that any extra cost would have to be covered by you. You may opt to
purchase your own plane/train ticket and be reimbursed after the end of the session. The Court
shall make accommodation reservations at one of the hotels in the vicinity of the Court but
you may choose to make your own arrangements elsewhere.
If you require a visa to enter The Netherlands, please apply for the visa by visiting the
Dutch Embassy in your country at least three weeks before your travel date. Please note that a
visa application can take some time before the Dutch Embassy in your country can issue the
visa as all Schengen countries must be consulted.
We look forward to welcoming you in The Hague.
Yours sincerely,
