Si bien es cierto la Corte y su labor debe ser el disminuir los casos de violación a los derechos humanos, estamos frente al incremento de los mismos. La Corte es llamada cada vez más a responsabilizar a los agresores, pero también es a velar por las víctimas, lo cual tras finalizar los casos, es una tarea ardua y difícil con los fondos con los que cuenta en este momento.
