Fast track to professional accreditation Graduates of the BSc Accounting and Finance and BSc Banking and Finance degrees who wish to continue to professional accreditation may be able to get exemptions for certain modules from six professional bodies, including the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and ifs School of Finance. This means that if you pass the required combination of courses on your degree, you will be able gain your professional accreditation more quickly. Transferring to a UK university After your first year of study, you may be able to transfer to the second year of a similar degree as an on-campus student at one of the Colleges of the University of London or another university in the UK. However, there is a great deal of competition, so you will need to achieve good marks. Or if you want a more flexible option, you can study independently by distance learning. Support for you study All our students have access to study materials that draw on the cutting-edge research of the Colleges of the University of London. This includes a range of printed and online resources, such as subject guides, an online library, textbooks, and online tutors and seminars for some courses. Teaching institutions offer classes and other support. Local exams The Colleges of the University of London are responsible for setting and marking exams. However, you do not need to come to London to take exams as we have exam centres across South America. A UK education at a reasonable price Studying with the University of London International Programmes is much more affordable than coming to London to study on campus.
