School/Parent/Student Agreement
THE STAFF OF the International Charter School of Trenton working cooperatively
with parents to provide for their participation in the successful education of their children
agree to:
1. provide high quality curriculum and instruction in a supportive and effective
learning environment
2. give students the help needed to meet and exceed the state’s performance
standards
3. describe and explain the curriculum and proficiencies
4. provide for parent-teacher meetings
5. provide reports on student progress
6. provide in-service training workshops for parents.
THE PARENTS OF the International Charter School of Trenton, working cooperatively
with staff for the successful education of their children agree to:

monitor student attendance and punctuality
assure homework completion
encourage motivation and a positive attitude
communicate with teachers when appropriate, attend parent-teacher conferences,
and the Back-To-School Night program.
