YRMC PET RESIDENCY AGREEMENT Name: Apartment# Policy: Limit of 2 pets per one or two bedroom apartment. Limit of 3 pets in a two bedroom apartment only with additional deposit/fees. No dangerous breeds allowed. Mgt’s sole judgment includes but is not limited to Chows, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pincers, Wolf hybrids or any mix of these breeds. ANY pet demonstrating aggressive tendencies, REGARDLESS OF BREED, will be removed from premises. RESTRAINT: Pets must be on leash outside of apartment. If access is needed to your apartment for emergencies or repairs, pets must be restrained to permit safe entry by maintenance or Sonora Sunset staff. DAMAGE: Resident is fully responsible for pet damages. Pet may be removed and resident charged accordingly. Expenses are subject to payroll deduction. NOISE: Pet noise must be kept to a minimum. Sole opinion/discretion of mgt will determine noise complaints. DOG RUN: Resident is responsible for supervision and to “pick up” after their pet at all times. Dog run & waste station is located on the SW corner of the community. Gate must be securely closed before releasing the dog. PET WASTE DISPOSAL: Additional pet waste stations are located in other areas of complex. Pet may not be left unattended in the dog run. Disregard of pet policies may affect the tenant’s housing benefit. 2 pets- Pet deposit/fees of $200.00 are required and payroll deducted. $75.00 is refundable if no excessive damage upon vacancy. $125.00 for maintenance, pet cleaning / deodorizer, and doggie bags is non-refundable. 3 pets – Pet deposit/fees of $400.00 are required and payroll deducted. $150.00 is refundable if no excessive damage upon vacancy. $250.00 for maintenance, pet cleaning / deodorizer, and doggie bags is non-refundable. Resident shall also ensure that the pet(s) cause no damage to the apartment or common areas. Resident agrees that the pet(s) will not be allowed on the common areas of the property except on lease and will dispose of pet(s) waste appropriately and immediately. Pet deposit/fee of $200. is required and payroll deducted. If no damage upon vacancy - $75.00 is refundable. Resident will provide a picture of the pet(s) or bring the pet(s) to the housing office to have a picture taken to remain on file. This is for recognition and safety of the pet. Residents are encouraged to put a collar & ID on the pet(s) for safety purposes. YRMC Housing Coordinator reserves the right to revoke this Agreement at any time upon any violation by Resident and require Resident to immediately remove his/her pet. Failure to do so may jeopardize the employee’s residency in YRMC employee housing. I have read, understand, and agree to abide by these pet policies.
