Tareas
1. Tracking and make sure that the purchase orders are in the
correct date to avoid delays during the manufacturing
processes.
2. Constant communication with the shipping area and the
customer service to provide the correct daily up date of the
purchase order that could affected customer ship date.
3.Work at all times within standards contained in the ABB.
4.Customer service oriented
5. Supports Bids and proposal team by providing relevant
market information
6. Oversees supplier performance (OTD, Quality, Lead time)
and resolver performance issues
7. Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with relevant
category leader.
8. Negotiates agreements with main suppliers and periodically
renews pricelist, terms and conditions.
9. Tracks goods received to verify apropriete delivery and
ensure invoice processing.

10. Alings supplier orders with customer requirements in
terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.
11. Ensure Supplier relationship management.
12. Conducts all Supply Chain activities for all goods and
services in accordance with policies and procedures
Necesidades
* Degree in Business Administration or Engineer (Ind , IMA,
IME,)
* Knowledge of the Baan System or SAP( ERP )
* Knowledge of the shipping area.
