Luego de examinar dicha Solicitud y habiendo determinado que el Titular Registral tiene derecho al registro de la
marca conforme a las disposiciones de la Ley Núm. 169-2009,según enmendada, esta marca ha sido registrada y
el registro permanecerá en vigor por diez (10) años, sujeto a la presentación oportuna de la correspondiente
declaración de primer uso. De no presentarse la declaración de primer uso conforme a las disposiciones de la
referida ley este registro se dará por cancelado.
EN TESTIMONIO DE LO CUAL, firmo el presente y hago estampar
en él, el Gran Sello del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, en la

seals, namely, seals for the office; writing instruments; gums and adhesives for stationery or household
purposes; drawing instruments; electric or non-electric typewriters; architects’ models; chaplets.
After examination of the Application and having determined that the Registrant has the right to the registration
of the mark pursuant to Act No. 169-2009, as amended, this mark has been registered and shall remain in full
force and effect for ten (10) years, subject to the timely submission of the declaration of first use. Failure to file
the Statement of First Use under the provisions of the Act this record shall be deemed canceled.

authority vested by law, hereby issues this Certificate and affixed
the Great Seal of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in the City of
