Set up the tool for managing the National Rural Network
II ) THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ACTIVITIES INCLUDED IN THE : N. R. N.
1) TO IMPROVE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE
RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS ( 2007-2013 ) IN SPAIN
2) TO INCREASE THE CAPACITY OF THE RURAL TERRITORIES TO
CARRY OUT ITS DEVELOPMENT AS WELL AS TO ENHANCE THE
“BOTTOM UP “ STRATEGY
3 ) TO ENCOURAGE THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE RURAL WORLD
TO GENERATE A FRAME OF STABLE AND PERSISTENT RELATIONSHIPS,
AMONG ALL THE “ACTORS” INVOLVED IN THE SUSTAINABLE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE RURAL AREAS

2.2. Technical Assistance in Cooperation :
Transnational and Interterritorial
Actions
2.2.1. Technical assistance, focused on Cooperation Projects
(Transnational and Interterritorial) , covering the monitoring and
evaluation process , the analysis of the mentioned Projects,
including promotion and spreading about its information.
2.2.2. To enhance the lay out and maintenance of an specific tool to
look for partners to carry out the project.
2.2.3 To support the layout and maintenance , of a voluntary arbitration
system so that any conflict , that may appear among the LAGS can be
solved
2.2.4. To establish a fluent relationship between the Steering Committee
Authorities among several Member States
2.25 . To promote the participation of the Private Sector in the Cooperation
projects mainly on the Productive Sector
2.2.6. To enhance the participation and collaboration external to the territory
so that may contribute in Knowledge, technical matters, etc with
Universities, NGO etc
2.2.7 To promote , lay out and maintenance of an specific tool for coordinate
cooperation and
ask for opinion, between the RDPs Managing
Authority and the Coordination Organism
228 Specific formation , within Cooperation issues, that embraces: Formation
of Private Managers interested on Cooperation purposes, Coordinators
of the Projects , and finally to support the Coordinator LAG on matters
linked to its commitments.
