855 Robotic Titrosampler
First time installation
For a problem-free installation of the 855 Robotic Titrosampler, it is imperative to check
or set some configuration settings by use of the PC Control or tiamo 1.1 software,
before executing any method or manual function of the instrument.
Inbetriebnahme
Read chapter 2 "Installation" of the enclosed Installation instructions.
• Check the tower settings.
• The axial distance has to be set to 196 mm.
• In the Swing Head configuration the settings for the 6.1462.170 Robotic arm
must be as follows:
Swing offset -8.0°, Max. swing range 73.0°, Swing radius 127 mm, rotation
offset 0.0°, Swing direction –.
• Do mount the Robotic arm after you made the settings mentioned above.
Um eine problemfreie Inbetriebnahme des 855 Robotic Titrosamplers zu gewährleisten,
müssen mit Hilfe der PC Control oder tiamo 1.1 Software verschiedene Konfigurationseinstellungen vorgenommen bzw. kontrolliert werden, bevor Methoden oder
manuelle Funktionen am Gerät ausgeführt werden.
Mise en service
Lesen Sie unbedingt das Kapitel 2 "Installation" der beiliegenden Installationsanleitung.
• Kontrollieren Sie die Turmeinstellungen.
• Der Achsenabstand muss auf 196 mm eingestellt sein.
• In der Swing Head-Konfiguration müssen die Einstellungen für den Schwenkarm 6.1462.170 folgendermassen lauten:
Schwenkarm-Offset -8.0°, Max. Schwenkbereich 73.0°, Schwenkradius 127
mm, Drehwinkel-Offset 0.0°, Schwenkrichtung –.
• Montieren Sie den Schwenkarm erst, nachdem Sie die obigen Einstellungen
vorgenommen haben.
Pour garantir une mise en service du 855 Robotic Titrosampler sans problèmes, il est
nécessaire de contrôler et d'effectuer des réglages de configuration divers à l'aide
du logiciel PC Control ou tiamo 1.1. Ceci doit absolument être fait avant d'exécuter
des méthodes ou des fonctions manuelles sur l'appareil.

La Distance axiale doit être fixée sur 196 mm.
Dans la Configuration de Swing Head les paramètres pour le Bras pivotant
6.1462.170 doivent être adaptés comme suit:
Offset pivotement -8.0°, Angle max. pivotement 73.0°, Rayon de pivotement
127 mm, Offset de rotation 0.0°, Direction pivotement –.
Montez le Bras pivotant après que vous avez fait ces réglages.
Puesta en funcionamiento
Para garantizar una puesta en funcionamiento del 855 Robotic Titrosampler sin problemas es necesario de controlar y efectuar diversos ajustes de configuración mediante el programa PC Control o tiamo 1.1. Tiene que hacer esto antes de ejecutar
métodos o funciones manuales en el equipo.
Lea el Capítulo 2 "Instalación" de las instrucciones de instalación.
• Controle los ajustes de la torre.
• La Distancia entre ejes debe ser 196 mm.
• En la Configuración de la Swing Head los parámetros para el Brazo giratorio
6.1462.170 deben ser ajustados como sigue:
Offset brazo giratorio -8.0°, Ángulo máx. de giro 73.0°, Radio de giro 127
mm, Offset de rotación 0.0°, Dirección de giro –.
Monte el Brazo giratorio después de haber hecho estos ajustes.
