Económica - Subasta (2 de 2)
¡Recuerde!
La fecha límite de la subasta puede ser fija o prorrogable.
Cuando el sistema Ariba recibe una oferta dentro del “período de
prórroga”, la fecha límite de la subasta se extiende
automáticamente, comenzando desde el momento en que el
sistema aceptó la oferta.
Las Reglas de tiempo establecidas para una licitación se indican
siempre en la sección Detalles del evento.

El último tipo de fase es la
Sobres múltiples: Ofertas técnicas y económicas cerradas al mismo tiempo
• Utilizada para enviar simultáneamente tanto la oferta técnica como la
económica
• Es un sobre cerrado y tiene una duración fija (con fecha y hora de cierre
predefinidas)
• El contenido de la oferta nunca está visible para los otros competidores y la
oferta técnica se vuelve visible para Enel solo después de la fecha límite
definida
• Enel procederá a abrir la Oferta técnica y, solo para aquellas consideradas
válidas, también abrirá el sobre de la Oferta económica.
• La oferta puede modificarse antes de la fecha límite. El sistema
considerará válida y visible solo la última oferta enviada
• Permite al proveedor cargar cualquier adjunto a la oferta
