Parents,
a new drop off and pick up plan has been created to help with the traffic tie ups in the mornings and
afternoons. We ask for your cooperation as we work this out since the City of Mesquite has said we need a
faster, safer process.
Color Card System:
A color card system will be used.
 The child or sibling who falls in the K - 5 grade range will get a green card for your dashboard. You will use
that for the early arrival time.
 The child or sibling who falls in the 6 - 9 grade range will get a red card for your dashboard. You will use
that for the later arrival time.
 Sibling groups with students in both K – 5 and 6 - 10 will get a green card and a red card. If a parent tries to
use the green card to pick up the whole group early, it will not be allowed.
 Parents will not be able to pick up early unless they call the school and ask to put their child’s name on the
early list.
 The cards will have our crest on it so they cannot be faked.
Drop Off:
Staggered starts for students:
K – 5 arrive between 7 a.m. and 7:45 a.m.
6 – 10 arrive between 7:45 and 8:30 a.m.*
*Sibling groups come at the time of the youngest grade sibling. A sibling group with a 2 nd grader, a 4th grader
and a 10th grader would come at the earlier time.


The two center entrances will remain closed during drop off times.
The only opening will be the east entrance and the exit entrance.
Dismissal:
Staggered dismissal for students:
K – 5 leave between 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
6 – 10 leave between 3:45 and 4:00 p.m.*
* Sibling groups come at the time of the oldest grade sibling. A sibling group with a 2 nd grader, a 4th grader and
a 10th grader would come at the later time.
The two center entrances will remain closed during pick up times.
The only opening will be the east drive and the exit drive.

Padres,
Un nuevo plan para dejar y recoger niños ha sido creado para ayudar con el tráfico empate en las mañanas y
tardes que vimos la semana que viene. Le pedimos su cooperación mientras trabajamos esto desde que la
Ciudad de Mesquite nos ha dicho que necesitamos un proceso más rápido y más seguro.
Sistema de color de tarjeta:
Se utilizará un sistema de tarjetas de color.
• El niño o un hermano que cae en el K - grado 5 obtener una tarjeta verde para su tablero de instrumentos.
Utilizará que por el momento pronta llegada.
• El niño o un hermano que cae en el 6 - rango de grado 9 obtendrán una tarjeta roja para el salpicadero.
Utilizará que por el momento después de la llegada.
• Los grupos de hermanos con los estudiantes, tanto en K - 5 y 6 a 10 recibirán una tarjeta verde y la roja
directa. Si un padre intenta utilizar la tarjeta verde para recoger todo el grupo a tiempo, no se permitirá.
• Los padres no podrán recoger temprano a menos que ellos llaman la escuela y piden que ponga el nombre
de su hijo en la lista inicial.
• Las tarjetas tendrán nuestra cresta en él para que no puedan ser falsificados.
Dejada:
Escalonado comienza para los estudiantes:
K – 5: llegan entre 7 - 07:45 a.m.
6-10: llegan entre 7:45 - 8:30 am*
* Grupos de hermanos vienen en el momento de que el hermano menor grado. Un grupo de hermanos con un
segundo grado, un cuarto grado y décimo grado vendría en el momento anterior.
• Las dos entradas del centro permanecerán cerradas durante la bajada veces.
• La única apertura será la entrada oriental y la entrada de salida.
Despido:
Despido escalonado para los estudiantes:
K – 5: se recoge a las 3:00 - 3:30 p.m.
6-10: se recoge a las 3:45 - 4:15* p.m.
* Grupos de hermanos vienen en el momento del hermano mayor grado. Un grupo de hermanos con un
segundo grado, un cuarto grado y décimo grado vendría en el momento posterior.
Las dos entradas de centros permanecerán cerrados durante recoger veces.
La única apertura será la entrada al este y la entrada de salida.
