The Washington Metropolitan Area is served by three airports: Washington Dulles International (IAD), Ronald Reagan Washington National
Airport (DCA), and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). Most European and other international flights are
likely to use Washington Dulles International Airport. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is used for domestic flights only, while
the Baltimore/Washington Airport is located about an hour from Washington, D.C.
Ground transportation from and to IAD and DCA is available. The airports recognize the Washington Flyer Taxi, the Washington Flyer Coach
Service (bus to Metro), and the Washington Flyer Shared Van (a shared taxi or shuttle bus).
A discounted rate has been secured with the shuttle bus system operated by SuperShuttle (www.supershuttle.com). A link can be found on
the registration website. Reservations can be made at the airport or online, although online reservations are recommended.

Metrorail to travel to Catholic University. Board the Metrorail train at the Silver Spring station and get off at the Brookland-CUA station.
Follow the signs to CUA. The same Red Line can also be used to visit downtown Washington, D.C.
For information about Metrorail, see www.wmata.com Information about fares, fare cards, and SmarTrip® cards can be found there too. It
might be useful not to purchase the paper fare cards, but to simply buy a SmarTrip® Card; this is a permanent, rechargeable plastic card
