*We use them with uncountable nouns.
“A little” has a positive meaning and “little” has a negative meaning.
-There was a little coffee in the pot – Había un poco de café en la cafetera.
- He has little money – Tiene poco dinero
A FEW / FEW
* We use “a few” and “few” with countable in plural.
“A few” has a positive meaning but “few” has a negative meaning.
- There were a few biscuits in the box- Había unas cantas galletas en la caja.
- Today there are few bears in the world – hoy hay pocos osos en el mundo
HOW MUCH …? / HOW MANY...?
*We use ”how much”with uncountable nouns and “how many” with countable nouns.
