Dear Parents and Student
I hope you have been enjoying a relaxing summer and are anxious to get back to school.
We have already begun to plan great lessons and activities for the new school year.
This year we are having registration for all students using the following schedule:
All Student registration
(New and Returning Students)
8:00 -11:30 a.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m.
August 6, 2013 ---- Last name beginning with A---G
August 7, 2013 ---- Last name beginning with H---Q
August 8, 2013 ---- Last name beginning with R----T
August 9, 2013 ---- Last name beginning with U---Z
If you can’t make your scheduled date by the beginning letter of your last name please note;
late registration offered on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 1:30 p.m. to 7: 00 p.m.
You will need to bring proof of residency in one of the following documents:
(Only these documents will be accepted there will be no exceptions)
1. Mortgage statement
2. Apartment lease
3. Current utility bill within 30 days of registration/(CPS, SA Water) No final bills
It is very important that you register your child before school starts to ensure that your child
will be placed at Pershing Elementary. Once class sizes are filled students over that limit will be
required to attend another campus with in our area this is by state law in grades Kinder -4th .
After you have registered you will be given your child’s teacher assignment.
*Please note the change of school start time; 8:05a.m. and school end time; at 3:20 p.m. If your
child is not in the classroom at 8:05a.m. your child is tardy!

Estimados padres de familia y estudiantes,
Espero que os han estado disfrutando de un relajante verano y están ansiosos por volver
a la escuela. Ya hemos comenzado a planear grandes lecciones y actividades para el nuevo año
escolar.

Si usted no puede hacer su fecha prevista por la letra de su apellido Nota registro tardío ofrecid
El jueves, 07 de agusto de 2013, de 1:30 a 7:00 p.m.
Usted necesitará traer prueba de residencia en uno de los siguientes documentos
(sólo estos documentos será aceptados):
1. Mortgage statement
2. Apartment leas
3. Uutilidad dentro de 30 días de inscripción (CPS, SAW) expensas finales no se exceptúan
Es muy importante que inscribir a su hijo antes de que empiecen las clases asegurar que su hijo
será colocado en la escuela primaria de Pershing. Una vez que el tamaño de las clases se llena los
estudiantes sobre ese límite deberán asistir a otro campus con en nuestra área, esto es por la ley
estatal en los grados Kinder - 4.
Después de registrar, se le dará asignación de maestro de su hijo. ¡
* Por favor nota cambiar la hora de salida de la escuela; 8:05 y hora de finalización
de la escuela; 3:20 p.m. Si su hijo no está en el salón de clase a la 8:05a.m.
