approved by Sra. Johnson first before writing rough draft. You cannot use any resources already
written/spoken in Spanish. Rough draft MUST be initialed by Sra. Johnson before moving to final copy.

Weather report must include all information listed.

- Un evento que va a ocurrir durante la semana
(ej: una visita de alguien importante, etc…)

►Grammar – EACH report MUST include 2 expressions (minimum) of doubt or disbelief with the
present subjunctive. Prior grammar structures learned can also be used.
Expressions include:

Parece mentira que …
►Technology - Visuals must be presented using presentational software (PPT, Prezi, etc…)
As always, for your report, files must be accessed from your student network folder.
You WILL NOT be able to access any files from the internet NOR any flash drives.
►Newscast requirements:
a. You may use your script when presenting, but you must practice beforehand.
Do not read directly from your script. Improvise if necessary when you are
delivering your report.
b. After each report, there must be a lead-in to the next report.
Example: After reporting the weather, to introduce the report on sports, you could
say “En los deportes, escuchemos a (name).”
c. Time frame for each report is 2 to 3 minutes. Total newscast about 12-14 minutes
(including set-up time)
