Català English Nota de Prensa Más de 700 investigadores de todo el Mundo se reúnen en Barcelona con motivo de la 4ª edición del Summer Forum organizado por la Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. Del 6 al 21 de junio más de 700 economistas de más de 30 paises distintos debatirán sobre el presente y el futuro de la investigación puntera en economía. La 4ª edición del Summer Forum organizado por la Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, ya es un referente internacional para los investigadores en economía de todo el Mundo, i es el único de sus características en Europa. Durante dos semanas, es darán 26 conferencias relacionadas con la macroeconomía, la economía aplicada i la economía financiera para presentar la investigación más relevante y puntera en sus áreas. El Summer Forum cuenta como participantes los investigadores de las cuatro unidades de investigación que conforman la Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (UPF, UAB, CREI, IAE-CSIC), y también investigadores líderes en sus campos de Universidades de renombre internacional como Yale, University of Minnesota, Columbia, Bocconi, Paris School of Economics, Harvard, MIT, London School of Economics, i muchas otras. El Forum también atrae economistas de diversos bancos centrales europeos como España, Italia, Alemania e Inglaterra así como el Banco Central Europeo y organizaciones internacionales como la Federal Reserve Board i el Fondo Monetario Internacional. From June 6th to June 21st, over 700 economists from more than 30 different countries will debate the present and the future of frontier economic research. The 4th edition of the Summer Forum, organized by the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, is already an established international reference for economic researchers around the world, and it is the only one of its kind organized in Europe. During two weeks, 26 Workshops related to macroeconomics, applied economics and financial economics will take place to present the most relevant and cutting-edge research papers in each field. Participants of the Summer Forum will include the researchers of the four research units that make up the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (UPF, UAB, CREI, IAE-CSIC), as well as leading researchers in economics from worldwide renowned universities such as Yale, the University of Minnesota, Columbia, Bocconi, the Paris School of Economics, Harvard, MIT, the London School of Economics, and many others.
