New partner: the Mobility Department of the Municipality Upgraded approach: 1. FOCUS on the technical problem to implement long term, small scale and low cost solutions. 2. SELECTION focused on time losses and not just on previous enforcement intervention 3. PHASED development of projects: 2 “solutions” per month 4. FAST implementation (after project’s approval) 5.
