Mallorca se ha visto finalmente afectada
por la crisis financiera mundial que ha
causado que el mercado inmobiliario
residencial sufra un retroceso, ajustándose,
por consiguiente, al nuevo mercado. De
todas formas, la isla sigue siendo una
inversión atractiva para clientes potenciales
que deseen una inversión segura y deseen
disfrutar de los beneficios, al mismo tiempo.
Según un artículo reciente del Financial
Times, Mallorca ha sido señalada como uno
de los 10 lugares mundiales de inversión
más seguros de 2009, por su situación
equilibrada en cuanto a sus controles
estrictos de nuevas construcciones, acceso
fácil y sofisticada infraestructura. Aunque
los precios de algunas propiedades hayan
bajado, la tendencia de los propietarios es
a no aceptar las propuestas poco razonables

invirtiendo en su futuro constantemente,
mejorando su infraestructura, instalaciones

Mallorca has finally felt the effect of
the worldwide financial crisis which
has caused the residential market to
slow down and adjust to new market
conditions.
However,
the
island
remains attractive for buyers who
want a long term, safe investment.
According to a recent article in the Financial
Times, Mallorca was highlighted as one
of 10 locations worldwide to safely invest
in 2009 because of the island’s balanced
supply and demand situation, driven by
strict controls on new development, easy
access and a sophisticated infrastructure.
Although prices for some properties
have decreased, owners here tend not
to accept unreasonable, low offers
and prefer to wait until the market
improves or rent their properties.
Mallorca’s local government continues
to invest in its future improving infrastructure, facilities and services to
provide quality year round living in a
beautiful, relaxed environment that is
easily accessible from Europe and beyond.
Auch Mallorca hat jetzt die Auswirkungen
der weltweiten Finanzkrise mit einer
Verlangsamung
auf
dem
Wohnimmobilienmarkt zu spüren bekommen.
Die Insel ist aber nach wie vor attraktiv
für Kaufinteressenten, die nach einer

Regionen weltweit für Investitionen
dank des ausgeglichenen Verhältnisses
zwischen Angebot und Nachfrage, der
guten Erreichbarkeit und einer hoch
entwickelten Infrastruktur. Obwohl die
Preise einiger Objekte gesunken sind,
akzeptieren Immobilienbesitzer dennoch
nicht unrealistisch niedrige Angebote und
warten lieber, bis sich der Markt erholt hat
oder vermieten ihre Immobilien. Mallorcas
Regierung investiert auch weiter ständig
in die Verbesserung der Infrastruktur, um
ganzjährig einen qualitativ hochwertigen
Lebensstil in einer schönen und leicht
erreichbaren Umgebung bieten zu können.
