Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A.B. de C.V., completed a successful Global Primary Public Share Offer on the Mexican Stock Exchange ("BMV"). “VESTA´s” placement reopens the Public Share Offers on 2015 México City, January 29, 2015.- Today, Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A.B. de C.V., with ticker code “VESTA”, completed a successful Global Primary Public Share Subscription Offer, which represents 19.7% of its capital stock and includes an over-allocation. 35.5% of Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A.B. de C.V., Global Primary Public Share Subscription Offer was placed on the Mexican Stock Market ("BMV"); and 64.5% on the international markets in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S. 44,124,111 shares were offered in Mexico, considering the option of overallocation, in an amount of $1,191’350,997.00 pesos; whereas 80,150,000 shares were issued on the international markets equivalent to an amount of $2,164’050,000.00 pesos. In total Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A.B. de C.V.’s Global Offer amounted to 124,274,111 shares. The placement price per share was $27.00 pesos giving a total amount placed of $3,355’400,997.00 pesos. “VESTA´s” offer was distributed among 881 investors.
