2.- ACTIVIDAD DE LA INDUSTRIA: Se indicarán las actividades que realiza la industria: producción, transformación,
elaboración, envasado, almacenaje, distribución e importación de países no procedentes de la CEE, o cualquier otra específica no
recogida en las categorías anteriores. Cuando los productos procedan de países pertenecientes a la CEE, no se considerará
importación y se declarará actividad de almacenamiento, distribución o envasado según los casos.

3.- PRODUCTOS QUE SE PRETENDEN ELABORAR: Se relacionarán todos los productos que vayan a ser elaborados por la
industria, indicando el nombre genérico con el que se comercializarán de acuerdo con la reglamentación técnico-sanitaria
correspondiente. Se indicará la marca o nombre que sirva para distinguir este producto de los similares o idénticos de otra industria.
En el caso de aditivos y detergentes y desinfectantes, se indicará la función principal que desempeña.

5.- ALMACENAMIENTO Y CONSERVACIÓN DE LAS MATERIAS PRIMAS Y PRODUCTOS FINALES: Se indicará la
situación y disposición de los almacenes para las materias primas y productos finales, así como si dispone de cámaras frigoríficas
para el almacenamiento de materias primas perecederas o de congelados para productos congelados, indicando su número y
capacidad.

disponga de un laboratorio (propio o contratado) para la realización de control de calidad de materias primas o productos acabados se
indicará el tipo de controles que se realizarán así como la identificación del técnico responsable del.

8.- ENVASADO Y ETIQUETADO: Se hará constar si se realiza envasado. En caso afirmativo, se especificará si el proceso es
manual o automático, así mismo se indicarán los diferentes tipos de presentaciones de los productos (botella, bolsa, caja, etc.) y su
capacidad (en litro o gramos). Se adjuntará el diseño de las etiquetas.

9.- TRANSPORTE Y DISTRIBUCIÓN: Se indicará si se realiza transporte o distribución de los productos elaborados. Si existieran
vehículos se especificará si son frigoríficos o isotermos, así como las características de los recipientes o embalajes para la distribución
y transporte de los productos terminados. Se adjuntará la autorización sanitaria de los vehículos.

recibo de suministro de aguas municipal.

tipo de sistema empleado (fosa séptica, incineración, etc.). Se adjuntará copia del recibo de recogida de basuras y alcantarillado

17.- PLANOS Y BOCETOS DE LAS INSTALACIONES: Se adjuntarán a esta memoria los planos o bocetos referentes a la
situación y distribución de los diferentes locales de los que conste la industria, en los que habrán de estar diferenciados aquellos
destinados a: recepción de materias primas, elaboración, almacenamiento de productos terminados, almacenamiento de productos de
limpieza y desinfección, servicio higiénicos y vestuarios.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA CUBRIR LA MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA DE LAS INSTALACIONES Y DE LAS
ACTIVIDADES
Esta memoria se cubrirá en los casos de solicitud del Número de Registro Sanitario, y en aquellos otros en los que se
realice un cambio de domicilio de la industria que suponga una modificación importante de las condiciones para la que fue
autorizada.
En el caso de ser insuficientes las hojas de esta memoria se podrán añadir otras.
Se podrá adjuntar aquella documentación de carácter científico o técnico que, a juicio de la industria, contribuya a una
mejor descripción de las actividades realizadas.
