September 10, 2014 ISA wins new bidding process to carry out three projects in Chile This is the third bidding process in the energy business won by the Company in this country. The works will generate to ISA annual revenues for USD 2.6 millions (2014 dollars). Today, ISA won in Santiago de Chile a new international bidding process enabling the company to carry out three energy transformation projects in 3 substations in the central region of the country. The result was known after the opening of the financial bids submitted on July 18, 2014 by ISA and companies Transnet, Abengoa and Consorcio Saesa – Chiquinta. The bidding process will enable ISA to design, finance, build, operate and conduct maintenance to the projects of Bancos de Autotransformadores de las nuevas subestaciones Cardones, Maitencillo y Pan de Azúcar del Sistema Interconectado Central – SIC (Autotransformer Banks of Cardones, Maitencillo and Pan de Azúcar New Stations of the Central Interconnected System –SIC), all substations currently under construction by ISA through its affiliate INTERCHILE. These projects will allow transforming electric power from 500 to 220 kV from the trunk line, also currently under construction by INTERCHILE. The award confers to ISA the perpetual exploitation rights on the works, which will enter into operation in 36 months computed from the official awarding date of the project. ISA S.A.
