IV. CONDICIONES COMERCIALES

En caso de aplicar algún descuento, se definirán posteriormente.
•
Telnor ofrecerá el servicio con los medios de transmisión disponibles para llegar
a los domicilios del Concesionario Solicitante, en caso de que se requiera algún
medio de transmisión diferente al ofrecido o en específico, se someterá a
verificación de facilidades y de requerirse algún proyecto especial se someterá a
consideración del Concesionario Solicitante.
•
Cualquier condición adicional técnica, comercial u operativa a ser considerada en
un proyecto en particular, ésta será estipulada dentro del Formato de Solicitud de
Servicio contenido en el Anexo "B" del CONTRATO y bajo las condiciones
establecidas en el CONTRATO, previo acuerdo por escrito entre las partes.
