Non-stop over I-405 Freeway from Sepulveda/Victory to Westwood. Park & Ride options at Sepulveda Orange Line Station lot and Van Nuys Orange Line Station lot. Regular Metro $1.75 fare. Operates weekdays during peak hours in both directions. Sepulveda Bl Service Change Notice Valley-Westside Express u u Ln 734, 741 761 Beginning Sunday, December 14, 2014, a new Metro Rapid Line 744 combines two Rapid lines into one, improving mobility through the Valley. Existing Line 761 (Pacoima – Westwood via Van Nuys Bl Sepulveda Bl) will be extended to Tarzana and combined with Line 741 (Northridge – Tarzana via Reseda Bl) at Reseda Bl for the creation of new Line 744 (Pacoima – Northridge via Van Nuys, Ventura, Reseda Bls), shown below. Service to Westwood will now be provided by an extension of Line 734 (Sherman Oaks – Sylmar Station via Sepulveda Bl). Additional service to Westwood will also be provided by a new express line, the Valley-Westside Express (Arleta – Westwood via Van Nuys Bl, I-405 Freeway), operating during peak hours using the newly implemented carpool lanes on the I-405 Freeway.
