NIVEL: INTERMEDIATE A Profesor: Alicia Ruiz Rivas A-Fundamentación: En este nivel se espera que los alumnos puedan profundizar el manejo lingüístico y comunicativo del inglés con el fin de responder armónicamenteexpresando opiniones, reacciones y sentimientos- a las exigencias de las diferentes situaciones comunicativas, orales y escritas. Al mismo tiempo se estimulará el desarrollo de habilidades y estrategias de aprendizaje y comunicación efectivas que permitan comprender, analizar críticamente y producir una variedad de discursos orales y escritos, correctos y adecuados a las situaciones comunicativas de un nivel intermedio. De esta forma se espera que puedan acrecentar su capacidad para gestionar procesos de comprensión y producción de textos orales y escritos, partiendo de la identificación de la tarea comunicativa a resolver seleccionando estrategias adecuadas para hacerlo. Se estimulará la reflexionar acerca de sus estilos de aprendizaje. Se tratará de lograr el interés por aprender pautas culturales propias de países de habla inglesa a través de la lectura de distintos autores contemporáneos.
