La forma completa (will )se suele usar para redacciones y cartas formales.
La forma breve ( ’ ll) se usa para hablar o escribir cartas informales, postales
o e-mails.

Se utiliza la misma forma para todas las personas del singular o del plural.

Cuando el sujeto está en 1ª persona ( I / We) , a veces se utiliza shall en lugar de will
