Argus and Endeavor's on site infant care is
now enrolling children of students enrolled
in Ceres Unified School District between
the ages of 6 weeks and 3 years old!
Parents/Guardians will need to complete
a registration packet and provide the
following items:
*Child’s Birth Certificate
*Child’s Immunization Record
(Please note that your
child must be up to date on
their immunizations and have had a
physical within the last 12 months)

El sitio de cuidado infantil de Argus y
Endeavor está inscribiendo a los niños de
los estudiantes matriculados en el Distrito
Escolar Unificado de Ceres entre las edades
de 6 semanas y 3 años de edad!
Padres / tutores deberán completar un
paquete de inscripción y proporcionar
los siguientes documentos:
* Certificado de nacimiento del niño/a
* Registro de Inmunización del niño/a
( Tenga en cuenta que su hijo
debe estar al corriente en sus
vacunas y tiene que haber tenido un examen
físico en los últimos 12 meses)
