City of Coral Gables MOBILE PERMIT SERVICE The City of Coral Gables is proud to introduce the “Mobile Permit Service” from the Development Services Department. This program is dedicated to residents who may need special assistance in obtaining permits for home improvement projects with particular focus on our seniors and our residents with limited mobility. Residents can now contact a city representative to meet at their home in order to obtain a permit. Eligible Permits: • Interior Alterations Kitchen/Bathrooms • Exterior Painting • Chain Link Fence installation • Tree Removal • General repairs (drywall repair, minor stucco repair, etc.) • Temporary Portable Storage Units • Close any open/existing permits Qualifiers for the Program: Senior citizens, people with physical disability or mobility limitations, Victim’s Assistance Program, Residents of the MacFarlane Homestead Historic District, and other criteria that will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
