MOBILE PERMIT SERVICE
The City of Coral Gables is proud to introduce the “Mobile Permit Service” from the
Development Services Department. This program is dedicated to residents who may
need special assistance in obtaining permits for home improvement projects
with particular focus on our seniors and our residents with limited mobility.
Residents can now contact a city representative to meet at their home in
order to obtain a permit.
Eligible Permits:
• Interior Alterations Kitchen/Bathrooms
• Exterior Painting
• Chain Link Fence installation
• Tree Removal
• General repairs (drywall repair, minor stucco repair, etc.)
• Temporary Portable Storage Units
• Close any open/existing permits
Qualifiers for the Program:
Senior citizens, people with physical disability or
mobility limitations, Victim’s Assistance Program, Residents
of the MacFarlane Homestead Historic District, and
other criteria that will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

La Ciudad de Coral Gables se complace en presentar un nuevo Servicio de Permisos
Ambulantes ofrecidos por el Departamento de Servicios de Desarrollo. Este programa
está diseñado para los residentes que necesitan ayuda para solicitar permisos de
construcción para arreglos de sus casas. Los residentes pueden pedir que un
representante de la Ciudad acuda a su hogar para obtener estos permisos.
Permisos Elegibles:
• Modificaciones del interior de la vivienda
• Cocina/Baños
• Pintura exterior
• Cerca de metal
• Eliminación de árboles
• Reparaciones generales – de pared, estuco, etc.
• Contenedor portátil para almacenamiento temporal
• Cerrar un permiso pendiente
Pueden Calificar:
Personas de la Tercera Edad
Si tiene algún impedimento físico
Programa de Asistencia de Victimas
Residentes del Distrito Histórico MacFarlane Homestead
Otros criterios se analizarán dependiendo de cada caso
en particular
