Pursuant to California Vehicle Code Section 22658(f) “A towing company that removes a vehicle from private property in
compliance with subdivision (I) is not responsible in a situation relating to the validity of the removal”
Please note: (name of the tow company) does not initiate removal or make the decision to impound or remove a vehicle from
private property. All vehicles removed from private property are removed at the request of the property owner, manager or
authorized agent, unless towed under criteria of 22658 l (1) E CVC.
Si Usted cree que su vehiculo fue remolcado erroneamente por el dueño o agente autorizado de la propiedad, por favor
