Excellency,
I wish to refer to my letter, dated 30 July, 2014, regarding preparations for the United Nations
Special Session of the General Assembly on the follow-up to the Programme of Action of the
International Conference 011 Population and Development beyond 2014 which is scheduled to
take place on 22 September, 2014.
Following consideration by Member States and in accordance with operative paragraph 4 of
Resolution
671250, I have the honour to forward herewith the final list of nongovel11mental organizations not in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council,
civil society organizations, academic institutions, y6uth groups and the private sector who
may participate in the Special Session.
