presente investigación cuyo tema es “PROPUESTA DE UN MODELO DE

DE
UBICADA EN EL
DISTRITO METROPOLITANO DE QUITO EN EL AÑO 2014", servirá a los
directivos y empleados en la Empresa PETROSHYRIS S.A, como una fuente de
consulta técnica y un manual de guía para la aplicación de propuestas de mejora.
PETROSHIRYS S.A, es una empresa ecuatoriana con más de dieciocho años de
reconocida trayectoria en el mercado de la transportación pesada en el segmento de
combustibles y fundadora de la mayor red de comercialización de combustible en el
Ecuador.
Cabe señalar que en el capítulo I trata sobre “Descripción de la empresa
PETROSHIRYS S.A” en la cual se describe las principales generalidades de la misma,
su base legal, reseña histórica, su organización interna, estructural y funcional y sobre
todo el giro del negocio que tiene, al final se describe los principales productos y
servicios como son el transporte de combustibles.
En el capítulo II se analiza la situación actual de la empresa en función de macroambiente económico, político, social y tecnológico para luego pasar al micro- ambiente
en el cual se analizan en función de las 5 Fuerzas de Michael Porter, la empresa
PETROSHYRIS S.A como esta posicionada en el mercado de transporte de
combustibles. También es importante describir a través del análisis FODA las
principales matrices de impacto aplicadas a la empresa.

THE YEAR 2014" will serve to managers and employees in the Company
PETROSHYRIS SA, as a source of technical consultation and guidance manual for the
implementation of proposals for improvement.
PETROSHIRYS SA is an Ecuadorian company with over eighteen renowned in the
market for heavy transportation fuels segment and founder of the largest fuel marketing
network in Ecuador.
It notes that in Chapter I deals with "Company Description PETROSHIRYS SA" in
which the main generalities of it is described, its legal basis, historical review, internal
organization, structure and function, and especially the line of business that is, in the
end the main products and services such as transport fuels described.
In Chapter II the current situation of the company in terms of macro-economic,
political, social and technological analyzes and then move the micro environment in
which are analyzed in terms of the 5 forces of Michael Porter, the company
PETROSHYRIS SA and is positioned in the market for transport fuels. It is also
important to describe through SWOT major impact matrices applied to the company.
