You have purchased a high quality RIESTER product, which has been manufactured according to the Directive 93/42/EEC and is subject to the strictest quality controls at all times.
These Instructions for Use describe the use of the cold-light headlight ri-focus® CL and its accessories.
Please read the Instructions for Use carefully before putting the unit into operation and keep them in a safe place.
If you should have any questions, your responsible RIESTER product representative will be available to answer queries at any time, or
contact us directly. Our address can be found on the last page of these Instructions for Use. The address of our sales
representative will be provided upon request.
Please note that the instrument described in these Instructions for Use is only to be used by suitably trained personnel.
The user should ensure that the instrument is working safely and is in good condition before use.
Furthermore, please note that the perfect and safe functioning of our products is only guaranteed when both the products as well as the
accessories used are from Riester.

Intended use
The headlights described in these Instructions for Use have been manufactured to illuminate the area to be examined.

Unpacking / Basic configuration
Remove the instrument and its accessories carefully from the packaging.
Check that everything is complete and for any possible damage during transport.
If the shipment is damaged, please contact us or your supplier.
The product supplied contains the following equipment:

Vorbereitung zur Inbetriebnahme
Ensure that the correct adapter is attached to your fibre optics.
An incorrect connection to the fibre optics cause damage to the cold-light projector.
Furthermore, considerable light loss may arise, as the light incidence end of the fibre optics cannot be correctly positioned in the
adapter.

4.
Putting into service
Adjusting the headband
The headband can be individually adjusted by simply turning the adjustment screws (1 and 2).
Adjusting the mirror or the high-power optics
Loosen the plastic turning knob (3) on the joint, adjust mirror (4) or the high-power optics (5) and tighten the knob again.
Focussing only possible with ri-focus® CL
The focus can be adjusted by turning the micro-focus where the light emerges (5).
5.
Repairs
Exchanging the glass-fibre cable
Removal of glass-fibre cable:
By opening the plastic turning knob, the clamping unit (6) is opened so that the mirror unit or the lamp head can be removed from the
headband.
Open both brackets (7 and 8) in order to loosen the glass-fibre cable from the headband.
Attaching the glass-fibre cable:
Put the clamping unit (6) onto the ball joint on the headband and fix the mirror unit or the lamp head in place using the plastic turning
knob.
Fasten the glass-fibre cable in the brackets provided on the headband (7 and 8).
Exchanging the leather padding
By opening the press-studs (9) on the leather padding (10), the leather padding can be removed from the headband and replaced by a
new padding.
6.
Recommendations for treating fibre optics headlights
Cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation.
1.
Carrying out cleaning, disinfecting and sterilisation:
The fibre optics headlights have to be cleaned immediately after each time they are used. Residues jeopardize the subsequent
disinfection or sterilisation.
1.1
Pre-disinfection: Spray the ring and the cable immediately after use with an aqueous disinfectant solution. Allow time for the
disinfectant to act as recommended by the manufacturer.
1.2
Cleaning: Rub off the cable and ring with a damp cloth.
1.3
Disinfection: The cable and ring should be disinfected only after careful precleaning.
The disinfectant should be applied with a spray bottle or cloth. Use the appropriate concentration and allow time for the disin
fectant to act as recommended by the manufacturer!
Caution: Carefully remove all disinfectant residues from the light input and the optics at the light exit point.

Gas sterilisation: The cable and ring should only be gas sterilized after cleaning.
For details of packaging in clear film sterilisation packaging and how to perform gas sterilisation, including the obligatory airing
out period, please consult the instructions for use of the gas sterilizer manufacturer. Inform yourself about your gas sterilizer:
60°C and 1 bar should not be exceeded!

Steam sterilisation: Steam sterilisation of the fibre optics headlights is not possible!
1.6
Care and storage: The fibre optics headlights should only be stored in an absolutely dry condition. The surfaces where the light
enters and exits have to be clean and should not show any signs of moist residues. When rolling up the cable, the minimum
allowed radius of bend of 50 mm is to be observed.
Handling: Caution: Abrupt bending of the cable causes the sensitive glass fibres to break! Repair is then only possible by exchanging the entire fibre optics cable. For this reason, particular care is required when handling fibre optics headlights, in
order to achieve as long a service life as possible.
Caution: Please avoid abrupt bending of the cable and every form of tension loading as far as possible.

By loosening the plastic turning knob, the clamping unit can be opened
enough in order to remove the high-power optics from the headband.
Now remove the clamping unit and replace it with the clamping unit of
the sterile rod. Place the clamping unit onto the ball joint on the headband
and fix the high-power optics using the plastic turning knob.

This product has been manufactured under the strictest quality standards and has undergone a thorough final quality check before leaving
our factory.
We are therefore pleased to be able to provide a warranty of
2 years from the date of purchase
on all defects, which can verifiably be shown to be due to material or manufacturing faults. A warranty claim does not apply in the case of
improper handling.
All defective parts of the product will be replaced or repaired free of charge within the warranty period. This does not apply to wearing parts.
A warranty claim can only be granted if this Warranty Card has been completed and stamped by the dealer and is enclosed with the product.
Please remember that all warranty claims have to be made during the warranty period.
We will, of course, be pleased to carry out checks or repairs after expiry of the warranty period at a charge. You are also welcome to request
a provisional cost estimate from us free of charge.

Sie haben ein hochwertiges RIESTER Produkt erworben, welches entsprechend der Richtlinie 93/42/EWG für Medizinprodukte hergestellt wurde und ständigen strengsten Qualitätskontrollen unterliegt.
In dieser Gebrauchsanweisung werden der Gebrauch der Kaltlichtstirnleuchte ri-focus® CL und deren Zubehör und des
Kaltlichtstirnspiegels ri-clar® CL und dessen Zubehör beschrieben.
Bitte lesen Sie die Gebrauchsanweisung vor Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig durch und bewahren Sie sie gut auf.
Sollten Sie Fragen haben stehen wir oder der für Sie zuständige Vertreter für
RIESTER Produkte Ihnen jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Unsere Adresse finden Sie auf der letzten Seite dieser Gebrauchsanweisung.

Zweckbestimmung
Die in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung beschriebenen Stirnleuchten, sind zur Ausleuchtung des Untersuchungsfeldes bestimmt.
2.
Auspacken / Grundausstattung
Entnehmen Sie das Gerät und dessen Zubehör vorsichtig aus der Verpackung.
Überprüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf eventuelle Beschädigungen durch den Transport.
Sollte die Lieferung beschädigt sein, wenden Sie sich bitte an uns oder Ihren Lieferanten.
In der Lieferung ist folgende Ausstattung enthalten:

3.
Vorbereitung zur Inbetriebnahme
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der richtige Adapter auf Ihrem Lichtleiter angebracht ist.
Ein falscher Lichtleiteranschluss kann zu Beschädigungen am Kaltlichtprojektor führen.
Darüber hinaus kann es zu erheblichen Lichtverlusten kommen, da das Lichteintrittsende des Lichtleiters im Adapter nicht richtig positioniert werden kann.

4.
Inbetriebnahme
Einstellen des Stirnbandes
Durch einfaches Drehen der Einstellschrauben (1 und 2) kann das Stirnband individuell eingestellt werden.
Einstellen des Spiegels bzw. der Hochleistungsoptik
Kunststoffdrehknopf (3) am Gelenk lösen, Spiegel (4) bzw Hochleistungsoptik (5) einstellen und Knopf wieder festdrehen.
Fokussierung nur bei ri-focus® CL möglich
Die Fokussierung erfolgt durch Drehen des Mikrofokus am Lichtaustritt (5).
5.
Reparaturhinweise
Austausch des Glasfaserkabels
Abnehmen des Glasfaserkabels:
Durch öffnen des Kunststoffdrehknopfes wird die Klemmeinheit (6) soweit geöffnet, das sich die Spiegeleinheit bzw. der Lampenkopf
vom Stirnband abnehmen lässt.
Öffnen Sie die beiden Halterungen (7 und 8), um das Glasfaserkabel vom Stirnband zu lösen.
Anbringen des Glasfaserkabels:
Setzen Sie die Klemmeinheit (6) auf das Kugelgelenk am Stirnband und fixieren Sie die Spiegeleinheit bzw. den Lampenkopf mit Hilfe
des Kunststoffdrehknopfes.
Befestigen Sie das Glasfaserkabel in den am Stirnband vorgesehenen Halter (7 und 8).
Austausch des Lederpolsters
Durch Öffnen der Druckknöpfe (9) am Lederpolster (10), lässt sich das Lederpolster vom Stirnband abnehmen und durch ein neues
Lederpolster ersetzen.
6.
Empfehlung zur Behandlung von Fiberoptik-Stirnlampen
Reinigung, Desinfektion und Sterilisation.
1.
Durchführung der Reinigung, Desinfektion und Sterilisation:
Die Fiberoptik-Stirnleuchten müssen unmittelbar nach jedem Einsatz gereinigt
werden. Rückstände stellen die anschließende Desinfektion oder Sterilisation in Frage.
1.1
Vordesinfektion: Zur Vordesinfektion sprühen Sie den Reifen und das Kabel unmittelbar nach Gebrauch mit einer wässrigen
Desinfektionslösung ein. Bitte Einwirkzeiten des Desinfektionsmittelherstellers beachten.
1.2
Reinigung: Zur Reinigung sind Kabel und Reifen mit einem feuchten Tuch
abzureiben.
1.3
Desinfektion: Nur sorgfältig vorgereinigte Kabel und Reifen dürfen desinfiziert werden. Das Desinfektionmittel ist mittels
Sprühflasche oder Tuch aufzubringen. Bitte beachten Sie die vom Hersteller vorgeschriebene Einwirkzeit und Konzentration!
Achtung: Entfernen Sie sorgfältig alle Desinfektionsmittelrückstände vom Lichteintritt und der Optik auf der Lichtaustrittseite.
1.4
Gassterilisation: Nur gereinigte Kabel und Reifen dürfen gassterilisiert werden. Das Verpacken in KlarsichtSterilisierverpackung und die Durchführung der Gassterilisation einschließlich der vorgeschriebenen Auslüftungszeiten entnehmen Sie bitte den Gebrauchsanweisungen der Gassterilisator-Hersteller. Bitte informieren Sie sich über Ihren
Gassterilisator: 60°C und 1 bar dürfen nicht überschritten werden!

Dampfsterilisation: Eine Dampfsterilisation der Fiberoptik-Stirnleuchten ist nicht möglich!
1.6
Pflege und Lagerung: Die Fiberoptikstirnleuchten dürfen nur in absolut trockenem Zustand aufbewahrt werden. Die
Lichteintritts- und austrittsflächen müssen sauber sein und dürfen keine feuchten Rückstände aufweisen. Beim Aufrollen des
Kabels ist der minimal zulässige Biegeradius von 50 mm zu beachten.
Handhabung: Achtung: Scharfes Abknicken des Kabels führt unmittelbar zum Bruch der empfindlichen
Glasfasern! Eine Reparatur ist dann in der Regel nur durch Austausch des gesamten Fiberoptikkabels möglich. Daher ist besondere
Vorsicht beim gesamten Umgang mit Fiberoptik-Stirnleuchten geboten, damit diese eine möglichst lange Lebensdauer erreichen.
Achtung: Bitte vermeiden Sie unbedingt jedes scharfe Abknicken und jede Zugbelastung des Kabels.

Durch Öffnen des Kunststoffdrehkopfes wird die Klemmeinheit soweit

Entfernen Sie nun die Klemmeinheit und ersetzen Sie sie mit der Klemmeinheit

auf alle Mängel, die nachweisbar auf Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler zurückzuführen sind, gewähren zu können. Ein Garantieanspruch bei

Ha adquirido usted un producto RIESTER de alta calidad, que ha sido fabricado de acuerdo con la Directiva 93/42 CEE sobre productos sanitarios y está sometido a estrictos controles de calidad continuos.
En estas instrucciones se describe el manejo de la lámpara frontal de luz fría ri-focus ® CL y sus accesorios y del espejo frontal de luz
fría ri-clar® CL y sus accesorios.
Lea cuidadosamente las instrucciones antes de utilizar el termómetro y consérvelas en lugar seguro. Si tiene cualquier pregunta, no
dude en ponerse en contacto en cualquier momento nosotros o con su distribuidor de productos RIESTER. Nuestra dirección figura en
la última página de estas instrucciones. Si lo desea, le facilitaremos con mucho gusto la dirección de nuestro representante.
Tenga en cuenta que los aparatos descritos en estas instrucciones están destinados exclusivamente a su uso por personas debidamente formadas.

Finalidad de uso
Los instrumentos de iluminación frontales descritos en las presentes instrucciones se han fabricado para la iluminación del campo de
exploración.

Desembalaje / equipamiento básico
Desembale cuidadosamente el aparato y sus accesorios.
Compruebe que no falta ningún componente y que no se han producido daños durante el transporte.
Si existieran daños, póngase en contacto con nosotros o con su suministrador.
Los componentes suministrados son los siguientes:

Preparación para la puesta en marcha
Asegúrese de que su guía de luz esté equipada con el adaptador correcto.
Una conexión incorrecta de la guía de luz puede provocar daños en el proyector de luz fría.
Además, pueden producirse pérdidas de luminosidad significativas, al no poderse posicionar correctamente el extremo de entrada de
luz de la guía de luz en el adaptador.

Puesta en marcha
Ajuste de la cinta frontal
La cinta frontal puede ajustarse individualmente de forma sencilla girando los tornillos de ajuste (1 y 2).
Ajuste del espejo o de la óptica de altas prestaciones
Afloje el pomo de plástico (3) de la articulación, ajuste el espejo (4) o la óptica de altas prestaciones (5) y vuelva a apretar el pomo.
Enfoque (sólo con ri-focus®CL)
El enfoque se realiza girando el microfoco de la salida de luz (5).
5.
Observaciones sobre la reparación
Sustitución del cable de fibra óptica
Extracción del cable de fibra óptica:
Afloje el pomo de plástico hasta abrir la abrazadera (6) lo suficientemente como para soltar de la cinta frontal el espejo o el cabezal de
la lámpara.
Abra las dos fijaciones (7 y 8) para soltar el cable de fibra óptica de la cinta frontal.
Colocación del cable de fibra óptica:
Coloque la abrazadera (6) en la articulación esférica de la cinta frontal y fije el espejo o el cabezal de la lámpara con ayuda del pomo
de plástico.
Fije el cable de fibra óptica en las fijaciones (7 y 8) previstas al efecto en la cinta frontal.
Sustitución de la almohadilla de cuero
Soltando los automáticos (9), la almohadilla de cuero (10) puede soltarse de la cinta frontal y sustituirse por una almohadilla nueva.
6.
Recomendación para la manipulación de los instrumentos de
iluminación frontales de fibra óptica
Limpieza, desinfección y esterilización
1.
Realización de la limpieza, desinfección y esterilización:
Es imprescindible limpiar los instrumentos de iluminación frontales de fibra óptica después de cada uso. Los restos de sucie
dad pueden comprometer la posterior desinfección o esterilización.
1.1
Desinfección previa: Para la desinfección previa, pulverice una solución desinfectante acuosa sobre el aro y el cable inmedia
tamente después del uso. Respete los tiempos de actuación indicados por el fabricante del desinfectante.
1.2
Limpieza: Para su limpieza, el cable y el aro deben frotarse con un paño húmedo.

Desinfección: El cable y el aro sólo deben desinfectarse después de una limpieza previa cuidadosa. El desinfectante debe apli
carse mediante un pulverizador o un paño. ¡Respete el tiempo de actuación y la concentración indicados por el fabricante!
Atención: Elimine cuidadosamente todos los restos de desinfectante de laentrada de luz y de la óptica por el lado de salida de
la luz.

Esterilización por gas: El cable y el aro sólo deben esterilizarse por gas una vez limpios. Para el envasado en envoltorios de
esterilización transparentes y la realización de la esterilización por gas (incluidos los tiempos de ventilación prescritos),
consulte las instrucciones del fabricante del esterilizador por gas. Infórmese sobre su esterilizador por gas: ¡no debe superar
se una temperatura de 60 °C y una presión 1 de bar!

Esterilización por vapor de agua: ¡No es posible esterilizar por vapor los instrumentos de iluminación frontales de fibra óptica!

Cuidado y conservación: Los instrumentos de iluminación frontales de fibra óptica deben conservarse siempre en estado
absolutamente seco. Las superficies de entrada y salida de luz deben estar limpias y no presentar ningún resto de humedad.
Al enrollar el cable, el radio de curvatura no debe ser nunca inferior a 50 mm.
Manipulación: Atención: ¡Doblar el cable de forma pronunciada provoca inmediatamente la rotura de las delicadas fibras de vidrio! En ese caso, generalmente sólo es posible reparar el instrumento sustituyendo todo el cable de fibra óptica.
Por ello debe tenerse especial cuidado en toda la manipulación de los instrumentos de iluminación frontales de fibra óptica, a fin de que
su vida útil sea lo más larga posible.
Atención: Es imprescindible evitar doblar pronunciadamente el cable o someterlo a tracción.

и его аксессуаров.

Назначение использования
Налобные осветители, описанные в этих инструкциях, предназначены для освещения зоны исследования.
Информация по электромагнитной совместимости:
На настоящий момент нет указаний на возможное электромагнитное воздействие на другое оборудование во время ис
пользования приборов по показаниям. Однако при возрастающем воздействии неблагоприятного силового поля, при
мер: использование радиотелефонов или радиологических приборов, не возможно полностью исключить наличие помех.

Распаковка / Основная комплектация
Аккуратно извлеките прибор и аксессуары из упаковки.
Проверьте комплектацию и наличие возможных повреждений при транспортировке.
Если поставленное оборудование повреждено, пожалуйста, сообщите нам или вашему поставщику.

Подготовка к использованию
Убедитесь, что к вашей фиброволоконной оптике подсоединен правильный адаптер.
Неправильное соединение фиброволоконной оптики приводит к повреждению источника холодного света.
Кроме того, в случае неправильного подключения фиброволоконной оптики через адаптер, может произойти серьезная
потеря света.
4.
Применение
Регулировка оголовья
Оголовье может быть индивидуально отрегулировано простым вращением регулировочных винтов (1 и 2).
Регулировка зеркала или оптики
Ослабьте пластиковый винт (3) на соединении, отрегулируйте зеркало (4) или оптику (5) и снова затяните винт.
Регулировка фокуса возможна только на rifocus® CL
Фокус может быть настроен поворотом микрофокуса, в месте, где выходит световой поток (5).
5.
Ремонт
Замена фиброоптического кабеля
Отсоединение фиброоптического кабеля:
Чтобы отсоединить зеркало или налобную лампу от оголовья необходимо открыть зажимыфиксаторы (6), ослабив плас
тиковый винт.
Откройте обе скобы (7 и 8) для отсоединения фиброоптического кабеля от оголовья.
Подключение фиброоптического кабеля:
Поместите зажимфиксатор (6) на шариковое соединение на оголовье и зафиксируйте зеркало или налобную лампу на
месте при помощи пластикового винта.
Пристегните фиброоптический кабель в фиксатор на оголовье (7 и 8).
Замена кожанной прокладки
Отстегнув кнопки (9) на кожанной прокладке (10), вы можете снять ее и заменить на новую.
6. Рекомендации по обращению с фиброоптическими налобными осветителями
Чистка, дезинфекция и стерилизация.
1.
Проведение чистки, дезинфекции и стерилизации:
фиброоптические налобные осветители должны подвергаться чистке сразу после каждого использования.
1.1.
Предварительная дезинфекция: сразу после использования нанесите водный дезинфицирующий раствор на
кольцо и кабель. Выдержите необходимое время экспозиции дезинфектанта в соответствии
с инструкцией производителя.
1.2.
Чистка: протрите кабель и кольцо мягкой тканью.
1.3.
Дезинфекция: кабель и кольцо должны подвергаться дезинфекции только после тщательной чистки.
Дезинфектант должен распыляться или наноситься при помощи салфетки. Соблюдайте правильную
концентрацию и время экспозиции, рекомендованные производителем.
1.4.
Газовая стерилизация: кабель и кольцо могут стерилизоваться газом только после соответствующей чистки.
По особенностям упаковки в стерилизационную пленку и стерилизации, включая обязательные нормы
вентиляции, следуйте инструкциям производителя стерилизационного оборудования. Примите во внимание, что
при газовой стерилизации необходимо соблюдать следующий режим: 60° C и 1 бар.
1.5.
Паровая стерилизация: паровая стерилизация фиброоптических налобных осветителей не возможна.
1.6.
Уход и хранение: фиброоптические налобные осветители должны храниться в абсолютно сухих условиях.
Поверхности входа и выхода светового потока должны быть чистыми, без остатков влажности. При скручивании
кабеля необходимо соблюдать минимально допустимый радиус сгибания в 50 мм.
Правильное обращение: Внимание: чрезмерное сгибание светового кабеля приводит к поломке волокон!
Ремонт возможен только путем замены на новый фиброоптический кабель. По этой причине необходимо соблюдать осо
бую осторожность при обращении с фиброоптическим кабелем для максимального срока службы.
Внимание: Пожалуйста, избегайте чрезмерного сгибания и других лишних нагрузок на кабель.
