The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with showers). The bedrooms are of a good size and can fit extra supplementary beds if needed when more guests are staying. For regular use they are fitted with: bedroom 1) large double bed (room fits another smaller double bed or single bed); bedroom 2) smaller double bed; bedroom 3) 2 double beds (for their use for 2-4 persons according to need); bedroom 4) large double bed (room fits a further single bed). So the Villa is suitable for up to 12 or 13 persons. The ample open kitchen with breakfast bar towards the good sized living and dining room supplies 2 fridges. The exteriors are quite amazing, with a large pool overlooking the property and the Mediterranean Sea, with various sitting areas and a sunbathing area with sun loungers. At a slightly lower level you have a lovely dining area with a summer kitchen like BBQ area, nicely shaded and attractively decorated. The Villa has furthermore a beautiful porch terrace with panoramic views to the mountains and the Sea, such as a roof terrace, accessable from the tower room located above the large living room. So all in all plenty of space inside and outside for everybody to spread out a bit :) As for it´s special location on top of a hillside and its size it is quite sight when approaching this Villa.
