Si su tren es un AVE-Alta Velocidad (verifíquelo en su
billete), podrá adquirir de manera gratuita el billete de
cercanías (por ejemplo para trasladarse entre el
aeropuerto y la estación). Para ello, siga las instrucciones
en la pantalla de las máquinas de billetes de las
estaciones de tren, eligiendo la opción “Cercanías”. Utilice
el código numérico para cercanías que figura en la parte
inferior de su billete de tren AVE (esto aplica para Madrid,
Barcelona, Málaga, Valencia y Zaragoza y está sujeto a
cambios según políticas de Renfe).
If you have scheduled an AVE-Alta Velocidad train (please check this in
the Renfe ticket), you may use suburban (“cercanías”) trains free of
charge (including transfers between the airport and the train station).
To do so, please follow the onscreen instructions on the Renfe ticket
vending machines located at the train stations, choosing the
“Cercanías” option. Enter the numeric code for “cercanías” on the
bottom of your AVE train ticket and you will obtain your free suburban
train ticket (applicable for Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Valencia and
Zaragoza suburban areas and subject to Renfe policy changes).
Si su tren es diferente a un AVE (ejemplo: ALARIS, ALVIA,
EUROMED, u otro), adquiera en las máquinas o en las
taquillas su billete de cercanías por un valor aproximado
de €5 (sujeto a cambio).
If you have scheduled a train other than an AVE (e.g.: ALARIS, ALVIA,
EUROMED, or any other), you may buy the suburban (“cercanías”) train
ticket from ticket offices or vending machines for approximately 5€
(amount subject to change).
Equipaje: Renfe respetará como máximo la franquicia de
equipaje de Avianca. En caso de exceso de equipaje, Renfe
se reserva el derecho de admisión del mismo. En los
trayectos de tren y en las conexiones
estación-aeropuerto-estación, el transporte del equipaje
está a cargo y bajo responsabilidad del viajero.
Baggage: Renfe will accept no more than Avianca’s baggage
allowance. In case of excess baggage, Renfe reserves the right to refuse
acceptance of the baggage. During the station-airport-station
transfers and on the train sectors, baggage is under the passenger’s
surveillance and responsibility.

Tenga en cuenta que para infantes en brazos (menores de 2
años) no es necesario realizar este procedimiento ya que en
Renfe ellos no requieren billete.
Please note that for infants (under 2 years old), who do not occupy a seat,
this procedure is not necessary because they do not require a ticket to travel
on Renfe.
Si no logra imprimir su billete de tren, anote el número de éste
indicado en su parte superior izquierda. Con este número
podrá imprimir una copia en las máquinas de Renfe dispuestas
en la mayoría de estaciones.
Should you be unable to print the train ticket, you must write down the
number shown on its upper left hand side. With this number you will be able
to print a copy of your train from Renfe ticket vending machines, located in
most railway stations.
El billete electrónico de Avianca no es suficiente para abordar
el tren. Debe imprimir su billete de Renfe como se indicó
anteriormente.
The Avianca e-ticket is not enough to board the Renfe train. You must print
out your Renfe ticket as indicated before.
Conserve su billete de tren hasta llegar al destino final, éste

Importante: Dentro de las 72 horas anteriores a la salida de
cada tren (tanto ida como regreso), debe imprimir en la
sección “checkin” de la página www.accesrail.com el billete
de tren de Renfe. Para ello debe ingresar en los campos que lo
soliciten su localizador de 6 dígitos de Avianca o su número de
billete electrónico (e-ticket) de Avianca (con formato
134 -1234567890) junto con su nombre y apellido, como
figuran en el billete de Avianca.
Important: Within 72 hours prior to your scheduled train departure (both
on the outbound and the inbound) you must print your Renfe train ticket
through the check-in section in www.accesrail.com. For this purpose,
please enter your Avianca 6 digit locator or your e-ticket number (in the
format 134-1234567890) along with your full name, as written in your
e-ticket, in the corresponding fields of that webpage.
Este billete es el único documento válido para abordar cada tren
sólo en la fecha, hora, ruta y número de tren indicados en éste.

“Airport Express”Shuttle Bus: If your train operates to/from Atocha
station, you may head to “Airport Express” bus stop (yellow bus), which will
take you directly from the airport to Atocha Station and viceversa.

• Tren de cercanías Línea C1: comunica el aeropuerto con las
principales estaciones de tren en Madrid. Podrá adquirir su
billete de cercanías en taquilla o en las máquinas de billetes
de las estaciones de tren.

stations in Madrid. You can get your ticket from ticket offices or vending
machines located in the train stations.
• Autobús Exprés Aeropuerto: Si su tren opera desde o hacia
la estación Atocha, puede dirigirse a la parada del autobús
llamado “Exprés Aeropuerto” (buses amarillos) el cual lo
llevará del aeropuerto a la Estación Atocha y viceversa.
• Tren de cercanías Línea R2: comunica el Terminal 2 del
Aeropuerto El Prat de Barcelona con las estaciones Sants,
Passeig de Gracia y Clot en el Centro de Barcelona. Podrá
adquirir su billete de cercanías en taquilla o en las máquinas
de billetes de las estaciones de tren.

Dado que Avianca opera en la Terminal 1, es necesario
trasladarse entre terminales con su equipaje, tomando los
autobuses gratuitos del aeropuerto para completar la
conexión.
As Avianca operates in Terminal 1, you need to take your luggage with you
and catch the airport shuttle to switch terminals free of charge in order to
complete your connection between airplane and train and viceversa.
