Orders from the Office of the
Superintendent of Insurance Activities
published in Official Gazette No.40,973
of August 24, 2016
En Gaceta Oficial N° 40.973 de fecha 24 de agosto de
2016, la Superintendencia de la Actividad Aseguradora
dictó tres providencias en materia de seguros.
The Office of the Superintendent of Insurance Activities
issued three Orders that were published in Official
Gazette No.40,973 of August 24, 2016.
En primer lugar, se dictó la Providencia N° FSAA-9-00661,
mediante la cual se publican las Normas que Regulan la
Relación Contractual en la Actividad Aseguradora. Las
mismas entrarán en vigencia treinta (30) días después de
su publicación en la Gaceta Oficial de la República
Bolivariana de Venezuela.
First of all, Order No.FSAA-9-00661 provides for the
Regulations to the Contractual Relations in the field of
Insurance Activities, which will take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of their publication in Official Gazette of
the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
En segundo lugar, se dictaron las Providencia N° FSAA-900730 y N°FSAA-9-00731, donde se regulan el Aporte
para el Desarrollo Social y las Normas para la Divulgación
y
Publicidad
de
la
Actividad
Aseguradora,
respectivamente.
Estas últimas entrarán vigencia a partir de su publicación
en la Gaceta Oficial de la República Bolivariana de
Venezuela.
Secondly, Orders No.FSAA-9-00730 and No.FSAA-9-00731
were issued, providing for the regulations for the Social
Development Contribution and the Rules for Disclosure
and Advertising of Insurance Activities, respectively.
Both Orders will take effect from the date of their
publication in Official Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic
of Venezuela.
