FIESTA IS THIS SUNDAY! We are excited to see all of MDA and their friends and families at the event!
Fiesta will begin Sunday at 11 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. There will be music, food, games, prizes and so
much more! Come join the fun and support the students of MDA!
MDA Picture Day! The day is approaching! Tuesday, October 14th will be MDA’s Picture Day. Order forms
were sent out today in student’s Wednesday folders. All students are REQUIRED to wear their FORMAL
UNIFORM on this day. Any students out of uniform will have to be picked up from school. For more

Halloween Parade!: Our annual Halloween Parade will take place on Friday, October 31st! Thank you for
all the parents who signed up to volunteer! We appreciate all your help and cooperation!
Reminder to parents: It is very important for your child to attend school and be here on time. Last week,
we had a total of 85 tardies and 42 absences.
Meeting for All Parents and Sponsors of Confirmation Candidates on Wednesday, October 15th: 5-6
p.m at the MDA auditorium for all 7th and 8th grade Confirmation families. There will be a presentation
DVD: The Importance of the Mass in Our Catholic Faith. Sister Ann needs a copy of the Baptismal
Certificate for each Confirmation Candidate. Please bring a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate to
the meeting. There are also 2 more important dates to keep in mind for our Confirmation families:
Wednesday, February 4, 2015: 5­6 p.m.; MDA Auditorium & Thursday, April 16, 2015: 5­6 p.m. Confirmation Retreat Evening
Saturday, October 18th: Youth Rally and Mass! All Confirmation Candidates are asked to attend the
Youth Rally and Mass: 2:30-4 p.m., at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory and Saint Mary's Cathedral.

FIESTA ES ESTE DOMINGO ! Esperamos ver a todas las familias de MDA y sus amigos y parientes en el
evento! Fiesta comenzará el domingo a las 11 am y termina a las 4 pm. Habrá música , comida, juegos,
premios y mucho más! Ven y únete a la diversión y apoya a los estudiantes de MDA !
Día de la Fotos Escolares! Martes, 14 de octubre será el dia de fotos escolares. Mandamos los
formularios para sus pedidos con los estudiantes ahora. Los estudiantes están obligados a estar
vestidos en su uniforme formal. Cual quier estudiantes sin uniforme formal deberán ser recogidos de la
escuela . Los formularios de pedido serán enviados a casa con los estudiantes el 17 de octubre. Para mas

Desfile de Halloween!: Nuestro desfile anual de Halloween sera el Viernes, 31 de octubre! Gracias a todo
los padres que se registraron para ser voluntarios! Gracias por su ayuda!
Recordatorio a los padres : Es muy importante que su hijo asista a la escuela y que este aquí a tiempo .
La semana pasada , tuvimos un total de 85 tardanzas y 42 ausencias .
Junta para todos los padres y padrinos de los candidatos de Confirmación: Miércoles, 15 de octubre ,
5-6 pm en el auditorio para todas las familias de confirmación de los grados séptimo y octavo . Habrá una
presentación de DVD : La importancia de la Misa en nuestra fe católica . Hermana Ann necesita una copia
del certificado de bautismo para cada candidato de Confirmación . Favor de traer una copia del certificado
de bautismo de su hijo a la reunión . También hay 2 fechas importantes por tomar en cuenta para
nuestras familias de Confirmación: Miércoles, 04 de febrero 2015 : 5-6 pm - MDA Auditorium & Jueves, 16
de abril 2015 , 5-6 pm Tarde Retiro de Confirmación
Sábado, 18 de octubre: Reunión de la Juventud y la Misa ! Se pide a todos los candidatos de confirmación
asistir al Rally de la Juventud y la Misa : 2:30-4 pm, en la Catedral del Sagrado Corazón Preparatoria y la
Catedral de Santa María .
