Mr. Bean came to live to Mexico and
misses his country a lot. One of the
things he misses the most is the tea!!!
Mr. Bean doesn’t like the options he
has found in the supermarkets. He is
desperate, he does not know what to
do …

Mr. Bean wants his Darjeeling tea so
bad, he posts about it on Facebook.
Later, he scrolls on his news feed and
notices an ad from a tea-related page.
Interest:
He sees pictures of teas and reads the
ad’s text. He clicks on the brand’s name
to go to the profile.
Bean realizes our brand, “Té-mptation”
sells different kinds of tea products and
drinks.
MOFU
Intent
Bean searches for our brand on Google and
notices the site appears on the 5th place.
He enters, and looks at the products, excited
to see it is a good option to get his tea.
He is prompted to leave his mail to get further
information of the products; he accepts.
Bean returns to “Té-mptation” and order a 12
pack Darjeeling Leaves Tea deal. Decision

Bean purchases tea products from our site 2
more times during the same month, always
with the same satisfaction.
Bean gets so excited that he clicks on the
mail redirecting him to the site to get his
membership.
Retention
Some days later, he is checking his email
and notices he’s got one from us
presenting our membership program with
which he can get tea bundles every month
Some other day Bean is talking to his new
mexican friend, Mario, who is also a hot
drink lover. Beans tells him about how
happy he is with his monthly service and
encourages him to get a membership too.
