前言
1、尊敬的客户感谢您购买并使用本公司产品。 请您使用产品前务必
认真阅读此说明书，它可以帮助您迅速了解并熟练地使用本品。本说
明书能有效地帮您解决在安装及使用过程中所遇到的问题，请一定将
其保管好，以便日后再次使用。
2、本写真机是一台机电一体化设备，既有精细的机构结构，又有复
杂的电子电路系统。机构部分中有精密的打印头，在搬动及使用过程
中要动作轻微以免碰撞和震动。要保证工作现场及机器周围干净无明
显灰尘，以免沾上空气中的尘埃。部分电路中有重要的 CPU、内存等
敏感电子器件。开机时一定要接通地线避免产生静电从而造成其他故
障。本设备不可在潮湿的环境中使用。
3、您在使用过程中的操作方法和保养维护直接决定着写真机寿命的
长短，以及机器的日常顺利运转。所以再次提醒您一定要仔细阅读本
说明书，按要求操作、保养、维护。以免造成机器漏墨、不出墨及其
它非正常现象的发生。耽误正常交货，让您失去客户，带来一些没必
要的损失和烦恼，所以，平时一定要加强对本设备的保养与维护，熟
知各种故障发生时应做的诊断和维修措施,提前防护，这样才不至于
在关键时刻手忙脚乱。

1. Dear customers, thank you for purchasing and using our products.
Please read this instruction carefully before using the product. It can help
you quickly understand and skillfully use this product. This manual can
help you solve the problems encountered during installation and
operation. Please keep them in good order so that they can be used
again in the future.
2. The printer is a mechatronics equipment, which has fine mechanism
structure and complicated electronic circuit system. In the mechanism
part, there is a precise print head, which needs slight action during
movement and use to avoid collision and vibration. It is necessary to
ensure that there is no obvious dust around the work site and the
machine so as to avoid the dust in the air. Some circuits have important
CPU, memory and other sensitive electronic devices. When you turn on
the machine, you must connect the ground wire to avoid static electricity
and cause other faults. This equipment can not be used in wet
environment.
3, the operation and maintenance of your application directly determine
the longevity of the photo machine and the smooth operation of the

第一章 使用须知
1、电源安全
A、
电源：单向交流 50Hz 220V AC(±10%)。机器最大功率：
2200W，打印功率：100W。
B、
仅能使用在打印机的标签中标识的电源类型。
C、
将所有的设备连接到一个适当的接地插座上，避免所使用的插
座与那些在开和关之间频繁切换的设备（如复印机、空调系统）
在同一个回路中。
D、
避免使用由墙上开关或自动定时器控制的插座。
E、
将您的计算机系统远离潜在的电磁干扰源，例如：扬声器或无
线电话机座。
F、
不要使用损坏或破损的电源线。
G、
如果使用附加的电源线，切记插入该附加电源线的设备的总安
培数不要超过该电源的额定安培数，另外，切记插入墙上的所有
设备的总安培数不要超过墙上插座的额定安培数。
H、
不要试图自己修理写真机，遇到问题请及时寻求写真机维修技
术人员。
I、请务必接好地线，具体要求有装机人员告知。
2、操作注意事项
A、
为了人和机器的安全，不能带电拔插打印线及电源线，否则将
可能造成主板的损坏。

B、
要始终使用电源开关来关闭写真机。（即写真机右侧的电源开
关）在机器电源未被切断前，请不要将写真机电源插头或其他相
关的数据线拔下。
C、
请不要随手将工具或其他物品置放于机器的打印平台或盖板
上，以免在机器运行前清理不及时而造成不必要的损失。
D、
在搬运写真机前，请先确保你的打印小车已固定在初使位置
上。
E、
打图时，一定要用上卡纸器（压纸片），以防纸走偏，刮喷头。
F、
机器工作时必须有人看守。(应有专职的操作员)。
G、
光栅条应经常检查，看是否清洁和损坏，若脏了应用棉棒蘸酒
精对其进行清洁。
H、
导轨应经常检查，看是否清洁；建议使用 1-2 个月须在导轨上
面涂抹润滑膏（或零件润滑油等），减小滑块的摩擦。
I、
定期对墨栈进行检查清洁工作。
J、
非正常关机状态下；请勿手动快速拉动小车，应开机让其自动
回仓。
K、
定期保养机器，减小灰尘，墨水等对机器的影响
L、 注意：机器必须接上地线；当空气干燥时，静电问题不容忽视，
当使用某些背胶和灯片介质时，多带静电电荷（尤其在 进纸工作
速度很快时）; 静电电荷可导致机器和板卡安全受损,采取接地线
将静电释放是唯一方法.由于人体本身是一个巨大的静电源,故在
带电操作墨头时,确保双手已放电(接触接地金属体或佩带除静电
手环),否则易造成板卡及喷头损坏.

3、安装位置及使用环境注意事项
A、
请将写真机放置于水平、稳定并大于写真机的平面上。如果写
真机倾斜或有一定的角度，机器有可能不能进行正常的工作
B、
在写真机周围留出足够的空间以保证写真机的正常通风。
C、
将写真机放置在靠近墙上插座的地方以便插头容易插拔。
D、
避免在温度和湿度容易发生剧变的地方使用写真机。避免打印
机受到阳光、强光或热源的直射。
E、
写真机使用温度：18-26 摄氏度；湿度：38%-65%。为使机器
可以处于最佳状态运行，请在室内配置空调与温湿度计。
F、
机器必须远离强干扰辐射源。
4、墨水摆放及使用注意事项
A、请将墨瓶置于小孩子拿不到的地方，不要让小孩喝下墨水或接触
墨盒。
B、如果墨水粘到皮肤上，请用肥皂和水冲洗。如果墨水溅入眼中，
立即用清水冲洗干净。
C、不要摇晃墨瓶，以免造成墨水泄露。
D、墨瓶使用一段时间之后（一般为二个月），要立即取下进行彻底
清洗，并晾干。更换新的墨瓶要注意清洁，以保证打印质量。
E、墨水应放置阴凉地储存，避免阳光直射。
F、墨水属化学制品，用后的空瓶子、报废墨盒及废墨水请您妥善处
理 ，尽量避免对环境造成污染。

G、安装墨水时，请尽量不要拔动墨囊，以减少对其的损耗，只用机
器指定的墨水，请不要与其它品牌类型的墨水混合使用。
H、加墨水时不要摇晃瓶子，在机器停止打印时加墨，加墨速度要慢
以免产生气泡。将墨水放入墨盒架，将墨管根据上面的颜色标识是排
练顺序插进墨水瓶内拧上盖子，在使用机器配置的吸墨器将墨水引致
墨囊出即可
注意事项：1、机器工作时，请勿将墨瓶上面的瓶盖拧死；机器工作
时，墨瓶内的墨水会减少，瓶盖拧死会导致墨瓶内的气压减小，会将
墨囊中的墨水倒吸回墨瓶中。
2、将墨水吸入墨囊时，请用适当力度缓慢吸入，避免墨囊损坏。
5、日常使用喷头清洗保养
A、检查本地电压是否稳定，有需要建议使用稳压器。
B、开机前，检查打印平台是否有异物，以防开机后小车运动刮
到喷头导致喷头损坏。
C、不要让喷头长期离开墨栈暴露在空气下。（机器非使用期间，
喷头应该保持与墨垫密封状态）
D、喷头清洗过程中墨垫上可能会有墨水残留，导致吸墨不畅或
腐蚀墨垫，导致墨垫使用寿命减短。定期擦拭。
E、在清洗喷头后可能会在小车架底板上有残留墨水，长时间凝
结会对清洗喷头后的状态有影响，要定期擦拭，（水性墨水用酒精，
弱溶剂墨水用清洗液，uv 墨水用相应的 uv 清洗液）。

F、喷头架上的螺丝请勿乱动，否则会影响打印精度。
G、工作环境应该无尘，无潮湿。
H、若墨囊有漏墨，请及时检查喷头数据线有无渗入墨水，及时
关闭电源后更换墨囊。
I、若喷头数据线由于电压不稳定，渗入墨水等原因造成短路，
烧断烧黑，甚至冒烟，请即刻关闭电源，联系相关售后。
J、定期检查喷头表面是否有杂物，例如打印材料细屑等，建议
每天打印前和打印结束后检查。
K、若打印测试条有拉丝，狂喷或不出墨请联系相关售后。
6、节假日喷头保养
A、放假前先打测试条，有堵头断线请清洗喷头，确保喷头测试条完
整。
B、用对应墨水清洗液清洗吸墨垫，如吸墨垫变形或漏空气，请更换
吸墨垫。
C、用墨管夹子把墨管夹住，将连供墨壶的盖子拧紧，防止空气进入
墨壶，大墨瓶和连供墨水之间的墨管要夹紧，或者大墨瓶直接竖起来。
D、让小车回到机器原点位置，关软件，关机器，拔电源。盖好防护
罩，避免灰尘污染机器
a.水性喷头直接跟墨垫封闭好即可。
b,弱溶剂喷头要在吸墨垫上到少量专用清洗液，合上喷头即可。（注

意：清洗液不要加满墨垫，以防造成喷头内墨水与废墨之间内的真空，
导致混墨、漏墨或墨水倒流。）
c.UV 喷头则在吸墨垫上倒少量 UV 的清洗液，合上喷头并加该上避光
罩即可。（注意：uv 清洗液不要加满墨垫，以防造成喷头内墨水与
废墨之间内的真空，导致混墨、漏墨或墨水倒流。）
7、假期后复工的注意事项
A、在开机前，请将打印机环境达到适宜状态，包括温度 18-25℃，
湿度 40-60%。
B、复工还原时，请将设备保养的工作按顺序逐一恢复。
C、接通电源，开机，打印喷头状态。
D、喷头状态若有断线，混墨，请清洗打印头，以达到最好的状态。

First chapter Use of knowledge
1、Power safety
A, power supply: one-way communication 50Hz 220V AC (+ 10%).
B, can only use the type of power identified in the label of the printer.
According to different countries and regions, 110V or 220V AC power may
be used.
C, connect all the equipment to an appropriate grounding socket to avoid
the sockets used in the same loop as those that frequently switch between
open and close (such as copiers and air conditioning systems).
D, avoid using socket controlled by wall switch or automatic timer.
E, keep your computer system away from potential electromagnetic
interference sources, such as loudspeaker or radio telephone holder.
F, do not use a damaged or damaged power line.
G, if an additional power cord is used, the total ampere number of the
device that is inserted into the additional power cord should not exceed
the rated ampere number of the power supply. In addition, the total ampere
number of all the equipment on the wall should not be more than the rated
ampere number of the wall socket.
H, do not try to repair the photo machine yourself. If you have any problems,
please search for maintenance technician in time.
I, please make sure that the ground wire is properly installed.
2、Precautions for operation
A, In order to ensure the safety of people and machines, the printing line
and power cord can not be plugged in when there is electricity, otherwise
the motherboard will be damaged.
B, Always turn the machine off with a power switch. (in the power switch
on the right side of the machine), do not pull the power plug or other
relevant data line before the machine power is cut off.
C, please do not place tools or other items on the machine's printing
platform or cover to avoid unnecessary losses before the machine runs.
D, before moving the photo machine, please make sure that your print car
is fixed at the initial location.
E, when making a map, you must use cardboard (anti warping piece) to
prevent the paper from leaning and scraping the nozzle.
F, machine work must be guarded. (there should be a full-time operator).
G, raster bars should be checked regularly to see if they are clean and
damaged. If they are dirty, use cotton sticks to dip them into alcohol
to clean them.
H, guide rail should be checked regularly to see if it is clean; it is

recommended to use the lubricating ointment (or part lubricating oil) on
the guide for 1-2 months to reduce the friction of the slider.
I, check and clean the ink stack regularly.
J, abnormal shutdown state; do not pull the trolley manually, you should
turn on the machine and let it automatically return to the warehouse.
K, regularly maintain the machine, reduce the influence of dust and ink
on the machine.
L, attention: the machine must be connected to the ground line; when the
air is dry, the problem of static electricity can not be ignored. When
some rubber and lamp medium are used, the electrostatic charge (especially
when the paper works very quickly); the electrostatic charge can cause
the machine and the board to be safely damaged, and the only way is to
take the grounding wire to release the static electricity. The body itself
is a huge static power, so when the charged head is operated, the hands
have been discharged (contact with the ground metal body or the strap
except the electrostatic hand ring), otherwise the card and the nozzle
are easily damaged.
3、Points for attention to the installation and use of the
environment
A, please put the photo machine in a horizontal, stable and larger plane
than the photo machine. If the photo machine is tilted or has a certain
angle, the machine may not be able to perform normal work.
B, leave enough space around the photo machine to ensure the normal
ventilation of the photo machine.
C, place the photo machine near the wall socket so that the plug can be
easily inserted.
D, avoid using photo machines where temperature and humidity are prone
to drastic changes. Avoid printer from direct sunlight, strong light or
heat source.
E, photo machine usage temperature: 18-26 degrees Celsius; humidity:
38%-65%. In order to make the machine run in the best condition, please
configure the air conditioner and the hygrometer in the room.
F and machines must be far away from strong interfering radiant sources.
4、Ink placement and use of attention
A, please put the ink bottle where the child can't get it. Don't let the
children drink the ink or contact the ink cartridge.
B, if the ink sticks to the skin, please wash with soap and water. If ink
is splashed into your eyes, rinse it with water immediately.
C, do not shake the ink bottle, so as not to cause ink leakage.
D, ink bottle after a period of time (usually two months), should be

immediately removed, thoroughly cleaned and dried. Attention should be
paid to cleaning new ink bottles to ensure printing quality.
E and ink should be stored in a cool place to avoid direct sunlight.
F, ink is a chemical product, after use empty bottles, scrap cartridges
and waste ink, please handle properly, as far as possible to avoid
pollution to the environment.
G, when the ink is installed, please try not to unplug the ink bag to reduce
its loss. Only the ink that is specified by the machine, please do not
mix with other brand types of ink.
H. Don't shake the bottle when adding ink, add ink when the machine stops
printing, add ink slowly to avoid bubbles. The ink is placed in the
cartridge frame, and the ink tube is inserted into the ink bottle according
to the color mark above, and the cover is screwed in the ink bottle, and
the ink can be caused by the ink suction device configured by the machine.
Note: 1. When the machine works, do not screw the bottle cap on the ink
bottle; when the machine works, the ink in the ink bottle will be reduced
and the seal of the bottle cap will cause the air pressure in the ink bottle
to be reduced, and the ink in the ink bag will be poured back into the
ink bottle.
2. Inhale ink into the ink bag slowly with appropriate strength to avoid
damage to the ink bag.
5、Cleaning and maintenance of daily use of sprinkler
A, check whether the local voltage is stable, it is necessary to recommend
the use of voltage stabilizer.
B, before starting, check whether there are foreign objects on the
printing platform, so as to prevent the movement of the car from scraping
to the nozzle after starting up, resulting in the damage of the sprinkler
head.
C, do not let the sprinkler leave the ink stack for a long time and expose
it to the air. When the machine is not in use, the sprinkler should be
kept in seal with ink pad.
D, there may be residual ink on the ink pad during the cleaning process,
resulting in poor ink absorption or corrosion of ink pad, resulting in
a shorter service life of ink pad. Wipe off regularly.
E, after cleaning the nozzle, there may be residual ink on the floor of
the small frame. Long time condensing will affect the state after cleaning
the nozzle, and should be cleaned regularly. (water based ink with alcohol,
weak solvent ink cleaning solution, and UV ink using the corresponding
UV cleaning solution).
F, do not disturb the screws on the sprinkler rack, otherwise, the printing
accuracy will be affected.

G, work environment should be dustless, no moisture.
H, if ink bag leak ink, please check whether the sprinkler data line
penetrated into the ink in time, replace the ink bag in time.
I, if the sprinkler data line due to voltage instability, infiltration
into the ink and other reasons cause short circuit, burning black, even
smoke, please immediately close the power supply, contact related
after-sale.
J, check regularly whether there are sundries on the surface of the
sprinkler, for example, printing materials, fine chips, etc., it is
recommended to check every day before printing and after printing.
K, if the printing test bar has drawing, spray or not ink, please contact
related after-sales.
6、Holiday sprinkler maintenance
A, before the holiday, test the bar first, break off the plug, clean the
sprinkler, ensure that the nozzle is complete.
B, use the corresponding ink cleaning liquid to wash ink absorbing pad,
such as ink pad deformation or leakage of air, please replace the ink
absorbing pad.
C, the ink tube clamp is clamped with the ink pipe clamp, and the lid of
the ink pot is tightened to prevent the air from entering the ink pot.
The ink tube between the large ink bottle and the inks should be clamped,
or the large ink bottle can be erected directly.
D, let the car return to the origin of the machine, turn off the software,
turn off the machine, and pull the power. Cover the protective cover to
avoid dust pollution machines
a. water spray head is closed directly with the ink pad.
b,ECO printing head should be filled with professional cleaning fluid on
ink pad and closed with nozzle. (do not fill up ink pad to prevent vacuum,
cause ink mixing, ink leakage or backflow).
c.The UV sprayer fills the ink absorbing pad with UV cleaning fluid, closes
the nozzle and the top to prevent light shielding. (Note: do not fill inks
in UV cleaning liquid to prevent inks and inks from becoming vacuum in
the nozzle, resulting in ink mixing, ink leakage, or ink reflux.)
7、The notice of reworking after the holiday
A, before you turn on the machine, please fit the printer's environment
into a suitable state, including temperature 18-25 C and humidity 40-60%.
B, restore work, please restore equipment maintenance work one by one in
order.
C, turn on the power, turn on, print the nozzle state.
D,If the sprinkler is not in good condition, clean and reach the best
condition

零件名称：底脚轮 4 个，左右短梁一对，左右支撑梁一对，
④支撑梁连接件一个，⑤左右放纸支架一对，⑥左右收纸支架一
对，⑦左右烘干风扇支架一对，⑧烘干风扇一个，⑨废墨盒支架
一个，⑩钢管 4 条，⑪放纸器一对，⑫收纸器一对，⑬顶板一对

如上图所示，按步骤安装，使用对应螺丝连接紧固，安装时扭紧
螺丝等连接件，以防松动，导致机器摇晃。
2、机器摆放
机器摆放位置
建议摆放位置如下图所示，不会影响更换材料，添加墨水和操作机
器。（单位，mm）

注意：1.摆放位置禁止机器受阳光直接暴晒
2. 禁止受空调或风扇直接吹风
3. 机器应该摆放在平整，无振动地区
4. 机器禁止放在有火灾等隐患区域
5. 工作环境，温度和湿度幅度不宜过大

2、机器软件设置
以 win7 32 位系统为例，（WinXP win7 win8 win10 32 位 64 位可用）
A、打开相应校准工具(不同喷头对应的校准工具不同，而且区分中文
和英文版），根据校准工具设置电脑 IP 地址，找到本地连接更改设
置 IP 地址为 196.12.0.188（可做更改，若更改要将电脑 IP 和校准
工具 IP 相对应），子网掩码自动生成。

B、机器通电
机器通电前检查平台无异物，小车运动无卡死。开机至小车正常回到
墨栈位置。
提前连接网线，下图为连接网线是否正常对比（右图为正常待机界
面）。
开机后连接软件，打开校准工具，联机（win7 64 位，win8，或 win10
系统有时不能正常联机，需要联机软件进行联机，软件联机有说明）

3、打印前准备
A、材料安装。可以使用卷轴载体。要确保纸张能够笔直载入而不会
倾斜。请注意载体要与台面平行。务必从背后载入。如果卷轴式打印
载体边缘起皱或受损，请在送入卷轴前切去受损部分，以免打印载体
卡在机器中。

B、安装打印载体之前请将写真机正前方右侧的压纸轮手柄抬起。让
压纸轮离开台面。然后按照上图 1、2、3 的步骤将卷轴体载入，然后
将其固定。卷轴载体插入台面后，需要将其拉紧，以确保载体与台面
的平行。这时将打印载体拉紧，并将压纸轮压下。
C、喷头与打印载体的距离
根据不同打印载体的厚度，可对喷头座进行高低调整。喷头与打印载
体间的理想间距为 1.8mm。根据打印载体的平整度可适当进行调整，
以免喷头从打印载体上面擦过，破坏画面效果。但最高距离建议不超
过 2.8mm。调节方法是：将喷头固定架的左右侧板与小车背板上面的
4 颗螺丝拧松，移动喷头架至合适高度扭紧螺丝。
D、装配墨盒，调节墨盒中液位的高低（其中液位和平台水平状态为
最佳，若打印过程中有明显墨水回流或者滴墨，可以调节墨盒高低）。
根据墨管上所贴颜色标签，插入相对应的墨水中。
E、把废墨盒里放置一个墨瓶，墨泵的出墨管插入其中，定期倒掉，
防止漏出墨水腐蚀机器（请根据国家标准处理废墨，防止造成污染）。
4、喷头安装
安装喷头前确认机器处于关闭状态，每种喷头形状不同，故而墨囊顺
序和数据线的插法都有区分，这个要注意，若插错，可能导致喷头烧
坏，甚至板卡烧坏。
安装墨囊前检查墨囊无漏气，用剪刀修剪墨管口，确保墨管与墨囊连
接良好。
使用配用螺丝，由于螺丝种类较多，不要乱用，错用，拧紧最佳。

蓝红蓝，KYMmCc），若六色墨水根据实际测试条情况，浅红浅蓝用小
写字母 m 和 c 表示

E、由于喷头种类众多，若需要转接板或解密卡的喷头请联系相关售
后或技术人员。
5、喷头上墨。
新装喷头可能墨栈与喷头位置有偏差，需要微调（调节位置在按键板
上调节；功能菜单--设置菜单--墨站设置）。
墨站设置中可以调节小车电机左右位置，封头高度，刮片位置等。皆
是以实际位置更改。（手动按键更改，确定位置后，保存）
A、以上步骤完成后，手动上墨
B、待墨水抽到废墨桶，停止，然后自动清洗
6、喷嘴检查
A、自动清洗结束后检查喷嘴--喷嘴测试

B、按键板-设备维护中是清洗喷头的功能，最佳状态如上图所示，若
状态不佳，可以“手动上墨”-“刮嘴”-“冲墨”等动作进行清洗喷
头，以达到最好状态。
C、由于喷头类型不同，每种喷头的喷嘴状态是不一样的。
7、色序调整及电压调整
A、打印之前要检查色序是否正常，色序在校准工具--“进入高级模
式”中修改，密码为 16753
B、软件的色序要和实际的喷嘴测试（从左到右颜色）相对应。如下
图所示，color 应该调整为（KKYYMMCC）
C、其中 xp600 为六色测试条（色序 color 有六个字母，浅红浅蓝用
小写的 m c 表示，若没有浅红浅蓝也应该设置小写字母 m c）
D、其中 5113 的喷头测试条是对称色序。
E、校准工具中，每种喷头对应每种电压类型，建议如下图所示，但
是由于墨水不同，对应的电压类型可能会需要做调整，最终还要以实
际的打画效果为准；电压强度是调节喷墨力度，建议设置在 480-620

之间（太高可能导致断墨，太低可能导致打画力度太虚，画面不清晰；
但是有时因为天气原因需要做出调整，也可以适当超过建议值）。
8、打印校准
打印前校准需要校准“双向校准”，“步进校准（默认校准值为 6663，
一般不用调）”，“垂直测试（在“维护”的更多中，如下图）”
A、先校准垂直测试，如图，调节喷头小车架，以致打出的测试条在
一条竖线上。（其中“前后倾斜”“左右倾斜”测试条和下图不同）

B、然后双向校准，如下图，观察线条重合位置的数值，在双向校准
后面数值的基础上进行加减，以致双向校准测试条在“0”处线条重
合
C、步进校准默认为 6663，若因材料厚度不同导致步进误差，可根据
校准工具中的校准说明进行校准。

3、Pre print preparation
A、Material installation. The coiling frame can be used. Make
sure that the paper can be loaded directly without slanting.
Please note that the carrier should be parallel to the machine.
If the edge of the reel carrier is wrinkled or damaged, please
remove the damaged part before sending it into the drum, so as
not to print the carrier in the machine.

B、Before installing the printing carrier, press the handle of
the squeezing wheel directly before printing machine. The
scroll body is then loaded and fixed by following the steps
shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3. After inserting the reel into the
machine, it is necessary to tighten it to ensure that the
bracket is parallel to the table. At this point, hold the
bracket tightly and press the paper wheel downward.
C、Distance between the nozzle and the printing carrier
According to the thickness of different printing carriers,
nozzles can be adjusted at high and low levels. The ideal
spacing between the nozzle and the printing carrier is 1.8mm.
According to the smoothness of the printing carrier, it can be
adjusted properly so as not to erase the nozzle from the
printing carrier and destroy the image effect. But the maximum
distance is not more than 2.8mm. The adjustment method is to
unscrew the left and right side plates of the nozzle support
plate and the 4 screws above the back plate, move the nozzle
holder to the right height, and tighten the screws.
D、The ink box is assembled to adjust the level of the liquid
level in the cartridge. The level of the liquid level is the
same as the height of the platform. If there is obvious ink
reflux or ink drop in the printing process, the ink cartridge

E、Put the waste ink bottle into the waste ink box, insert the
ink tube of the ink pump into it, and treat it regularly to
prevent the leakage of the ink corrosion machine (please deal
with the waste ink according to the national standard, prevent
the pollution).
4、Nozzle installation
When installing the nozzle confirmation machine in the closed
state, the various nozzle shapes are different, so the ink
cartridge sequence and the data line insertion method are
different. It should be noted that if the error is inserted,
the nozzle may burn out or even the board is burnt out.
Before installing the ink bag, check the ink bag without leak
and use the scissors to trim the ink nozzle to ensure that the
ink tube and the ink bag are well connected.
Use matching screws, because there are many kinds of screws.
Do not use them freely. Use them properly and tighten them.

8.Print calibration

叉，请检查网线及电缆线与板卡接口，电脑网口的连接。
b.确定 IP 设置正确并验证，方法参照前一章。

2、Abnormal ink / inks / messy anomalies
A、None of the ink
