By: Jesús Emilio Villagómez Sánchez 23° 4D Learning Objective Brief statement where the teacher explains the exact behavior to evidence that students achieved a certain level in their learning of a specific thing, by performing it at the end of the class. Note It must be observable and measurable. It shows the intention and content of the class. It tells what is expected form students. Answers the questions: Who? What? How? What for? (intention) Always talk about the students. BLOOM TAXONOMY Explanation of Bloom Taxonomy (BT) Words in bold • These are the levels of Bloom Taxonomy you can work with for your class. Words below • These words are the action verbs. • These action verbs are used in the LO. • You can only use one. Words above • These are the possible activities (how) you may use according to your BT level for check the level that your students are performing. STEPS Choose your level of BT you want to work. F.Ex. Application Solve the question “who?” according to who is the learner. Always talk about the students. Solve the question “what?” according to the level of BT, take ONLY ONE action verb with its goal. F.Ex. “... apply the concepts of the Teachers Course. Solve the question “how?” explaining the way you will evidence, using examples of “the words above” in BT. F.Ex. “… Course by having an exercise of making an article using them. Solve the question “what for?” by specifying a clear intention for doing the task related either to the future content, to the main disciplines or for actual problems. F.Ex. “…theory for understand clearly the Teachers’ theory. Finally remember Focus on the result of the students. Is about the students, not the teacher. All the activities that will be used are for the lesson plan, not for the LO. Is short and precise. “Students will apply the concepts of the Teachers Course by having an exercise of making an article using them, to understand clearly the Teachers’ theory.” And there you go.
