Holidays in Thailand On my next holiday, I’m going to Thailand. I’m going to buy my plane tickets tomorrow. I’m pretty sure I’m going to fly into Bangkok on the 5th of April, and I’m going to stay in a hotel in the city center. I’m going to visit all the important sights, and I’m going to spend some time at the beach. I love Thai food, so I’m going to eat a lot of delicious noodles and more. After two weeks, on the 19th of April, I’m going to fly home. It’s going to be an exciting trip! Honeymoon in Brazil Susie’s going to get married next summer. She’s going to have the ceremony in the church in her mother’s town. After the wedding, she and her husband are going to have dinner with all their friends and family, and the next day they’re going to leave on their honeymoon. They’re going to Brazil. They’re going to spend 5 days in Rio de Janeiro, and 4 days in Sao Paolo. They’ve never been to Brazil before, so they’re looking forward to the trip. After they get home, they’re going to start looking for a house to buy. Susie has a lot of plans for married life, too. She wants kids: they’re going to have two kids. And she’s going to send them to the best private schools. They’re going to be very happy together. ITALY I’m going to go to Italy on my next vacation. I’m looking forward to this trip because Italy is my favorite country. One of the first things I’m going to do when I get to Italy is to eat a delicious pizza. In all countries you can eat pizza, but I have heard that real pizza is only available in Italy. I am going to stay in an old hotel in the center of Rome. I really like the old style; that’s why I chose that hotel. I’m going to visit The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza del Popolo. I am going to take a lot of photos of the sights to show them to my family when I return to Buenos Aires. I have an intermediate Italian level; so, I am going to practice my Italian with as many people as possible. Finally, I am going to go to the Vatican City because it is a place of great religious importance. This trip is going to be the best and most meaningful experience of my life. Vacaciones I‘m going to go to Paris next Friday. I want to visit Paris because I love French art: painting, movies, literature, etc. My friend Sarah lives in Paris, so I’m going to stay in Sarah’s apartment. We have known each other for more than seven years. I’m going to visit the Louvre Museum because my art teacher told me it is the best museum in the world. My friend Sarah always talks about French food. She says it is delicious. Her favorite French dish is a soup called Soupe à l’oignon, so I’m going eat Soupe à l’oignon, which is also known as French onion soup. I know I’m going to have a great time in Paris. Vacaciones en Tailandia En mis próximas vacaciones me voy a Tailandia. Mañana voy a comprar mis billetes de avión. Estoy bastante seguro de que volaré a Bangkok el 5 de abril y me alojaré en un hotel en el centro de la ciudad. Voy a visitar todos los lugares importantes y pasaré un tiempo en la playa. Me encanta la comida tailandesa, así que voy a comer muchos fideos deliciosos y más. Después de dos semanas, el 19 de abril, volaré a casa. ¡Será un viaje apasionante! Luna de miel en Brasil Susie se casará el próximo verano. Va a tener la ceremonia en la iglesia del pueblo de su madre. Después de la boda, ella y su marido van a cenar con todos sus amigos y familiares, y al día siguiente se van de luna de miel. Se van a Brasil. Van a pasar 5 días en Río de Janeiro y 4 días en Sao Paulo. Nunca antes habían estado en Brasil, por lo que esperan con ansias el viaje. Después de llegar a casa, comenzarán a buscar una casa para comprar. Susie también tiene muchos planes para la vida matrimonial. Quiere hijos: van a tener dos hijos. Y los enviará a las mejores escuelas privadas. Serán muy felices juntos. ITALY Voy a ir a Italia en mis próximas vacaciones. Deseo con ansias este viaje porque Italia es mi país favorito. Una de las primeras cosas que voy a hacer al llegar a Italia es comer una deliciosa pizza. En todos los países puedes comer pizza, pero yo he escuchado que la verdadera pizza sólo se consigue en Italia. Voy a hospedarme un hotel antiguo en el centro de Roma. Me gusta mucho el estilo antiguo; por eso, escogí ese hotel. Voy a visitar The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain y Piazza del Popolo. Voy a tomar muchas fotografías de los sitios turísticos para mostrárselas a mi familia cuando vuelva a Buenos Aires. Tengo un nivel intermedio de italiano; entonces voy a practicar mi italiano con tantas personas como sea posible. Finalmente, voy a ir a Vaticano porque es un lugar (sitio) de gran importancia religiosa. Este viaje será la mejor y más significativa experiencia de mi vida. VACACIONES Voy a ir a París el viernes que viene. Quiero visitar París porque amo el arte francés: pintura, cine, literatura, etc. Mi amiga Sarah vive en París, así que me quedaré en el apartamento de Sarah. Nos conocemos desde hace más de siete años. Voy a visitar el Museo del Louvre porque mi profesor de arte me dijo que es el mejor museo del mundo. Mi amiga Sarah siempre habla de comida francesa. Ella dice que es deliciosa. Su plato francés favorito es una sopa llamada Soupe à l’oignon, así que voy a comer Soupe à l’oignon, que también se conoce como sopa de cebolla francesa. Sé que la voy a pasar genial en París.
