PROCEDURES FOR QUOTES
Esta Empresa a partir de esto momentos ha tomado las siguientes opciones, en cuanto a las
demandas que se formulan mediante correo electrónico, las cuales gran parte de ellas suelen
ser de sondeos, y para nada serias por parte de las personas que las emiten o solicitan.
This company from this time has taken the following options, with regard to the demands
formulated by email, which most of them are usually polls, and nothing serious by the people
who issue or asking .
1.- Cualquier demanda ha de ser formulada mediante el envió de una LOI/ICPO oficial, en la
cual han de constar las coordenadas bancarias completas, no se aceptaran LOI/ICPO en la que
conste un Banco de un Intermediario, y no el Banco del emisor de la LOI/ICPO.
1 -. Any claim must be made by sent a LOI / official ICPO, which must contain the complete
bank details, no LOI / ICPO stating a bank of an Intermediary accepted, and not the Bank the
issuer of the LOI / ICPO.
2.- En la misma ha de constar lo siguiente:

3.- No será aceptada por esta Empresa ninguna LOI/LOI, en la cual conste un Banco que no
sea el de la Empresa que emite la misma, así como tampoco se contestara a ninguna LOI/LOI
incompleta.

3.- Una vez se reciba se contestara afirmativamente o negativamente a la misma, si se contesta
afirmativamente el comprador ha de enviarse una BCL desde su Banco, la cual no ha de tener
mas de 3 días de su emisión con relación al mes en curso.

4.- Desde este momento cualquier precio que podamos dar a cualquier petición, que no sea
mediante el envió de una LOI/ICPO, siempre será estimativo pero nunca el real o definitivo, con
lo cual no lo consideraremos oficial a ningún efecto, dado que si no se envía la LOI/ICPO, esto
da a equivocaciones y errores constantemente, por desconocer muchas cosas de lo solicitado o
demandado.

5.- A la hora de la firma del Contrato, el Comprador ha de dar una POF de existencia de dinero
para hacer la operación, y todo esto Banco a Banco, para que nosotros le depositemos la POP
de existencia de producto, si el Comprador no da una POF lamentablemente no podemos
aceptar la venta.

6.- Para nada aceptaremos pagos de sobre precios o sobre comisiones a intermediarios, las
comisiones que concederemos no sobrepasaran para nada los limites prudenciales, cualquier
petición de comisiones altas serán denegadas por nuestra Empresa de inmediato.

6 - Not at all price accept payments or commissions to brokers, the commissions will grant did

7.- Una vez firmado el Contrato por ambas partes, el contacto será directamente entre
Comprador y Vendedor, para nada se efectuara contactos o entregas de documentos a
intermediarios, los intermediarios tendrán reconocidas sus comisiones oficialmente por el
Vendedor/Comprador, y ahí termina su intervención en dicha operación, dado que la misma
pasa a ser parte de Comprador/Vendedor.
7 - After signing the contract by both parties, the contact will be directly between Buyer and
Seller, for any contact or delivery of documents to intermediaries is required, intermediaries will
officially recognized its committees by the Seller / Buyer, and there ends his intervention in the
operation, as it becomes part of the Buyer / Seller.
8.- Cualquier cambio, alteración o modificación en el Contrato, el mismo tendrá que ser
efectuado por el Comprador y de forma oficial, ningún intermediario podrá tocar para nada los
Contratos enviados por nuestra Empresa.

Sentimos tener que tomar estas decisiones tan drásticas, pero lamentablemente no se puede
estar contestando a LOI/ICPO falsificadas, así como dar precios sin saber realmente si existe un
Comprador real, así como desconocer constantemente dados fundamentales para cotizar.
We regret having to take such drastic decisions, but unfortunately can not be answering LOI /
ICPO counterfeit and give prices without really knowing if there is a real buyer, and constantly
given fundamental disregard for quote.
Por todo ello sentimos no poder contestar desde este momento, a sus demandas si no se sigue
este procedimiento.
Therefore unfortunately not be able to reply from now, their demands if this procedure is not
followed.
