 TERMS AND CONDITIONS WEB The Customer acknowledges that the vehicle is the property of Mo‐Car and that they receive the car in good mechanical condition, also that they receive with the vehicle all the necessary documentation and tools i.e.:‐ jack, triangles, jacket etc for them to be able to drive legally on the road. Also the Customer is to return the vehicle in the same condition that they took it away in. If the Customer finds any fault with the car they are to communicate this to Mo‐Car as soon as possible so that we are able to find out what the problem is. This is for your own safety and repair of said vehicle. THE TARIFFS INCLUDE ‐ Unlimited mileage, except for the first 3 days consult conditions. ‐ Insurance includes occupants of the vehicle and theft, there is an excess the price depends on class of the vehicle. . V.A.T. and local taxes METHODS OF PAYMENT Credit card, Visa or Máster Card. INSURANCE DOES NOT INCLUDE Traffic fines, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, punctures or damage to the wheel, broken windows, damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle, loosing or breaking the keys, putting the wrong type of fuel in the vehicle, will incur a charge. If the Customer wishes they may purchase additional insurance to cover most of these conditions. FUEL POLICY The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel; this will be paid by the Customer when they collect the Vehicle. The price of the fuel will depend on the Group of Vehicle rented. The Customer may then return the Vehicle empty. There is no refund for partial remains of fuel. DRIVERS OF THE VEHICULE The minimum age of a driver is 21 and they must have held a full valid licence for more than a year. Drivers under 25 or who have held a driving licence for between 1 and 3 years must pay €5 extra per day with a minimum of €45 per rental. EXTRA CHARGES Additional driver: €5 a day with a minimun of €25 per the rental. Baby seats & Booster seat:: €5 per day with a minimum of €25 per rental. Gps: €10 a day with a minimum of €45 per rental. If the customer does not specify what model of vehicle they want to reserve then they will be given one with similar specifications. CONDICIONES GENERALES WEB El arrendatario reconoce que el vehículo es propiedad de MO‐CAR y que lo recibe conjuntamente con la documentación y herramientas necesarias para una apropiada conducción del mismo. Así mismo el arrendatario se compromete a devolver el vehículo a MO‐CAR en las mismas condiciones en las que le fue entregado, comprometiéndose a comunicar a MO‐CAR, cualquier anomalía a fin de investigarla y por seguridad proceder de inmediato a su reparación. NUESTRAS TARIFAS INCLUYEN ‐ Kilometraje ilimitado a partir del tercer día de alquiler, para alquileres inferiores a 3 días consultar condiciones. ‐ Seguro de colisión (CDW) con franquicia, ocupantes del vehículo y robo. ‐I.V.A, Tasas de aeropuerto. FORMA DE PAGO Tarjeta de crédito Visa o Máster Card. EL SEGURO NO INCLUYE Sanciones de tráfico, conducción bajo efecto de alcohol o drogas, rotura de neumáticos o llantas, daños en cristales, daños en bajos del vehículo, pérdida o rotura de llaves, error en el repostaje de combustible, más cargos asociados. Se podrán contratar seguros opcionales para parte de las exclusiones en la cobertura del seguro a la hora de la recogida del vehículo. POLITICA SOBRE COMBUSTIBLE El vehículo se entregara con el tanque lleno de combustible y será abonado por el arrendatario a la recogida del vehículo y el importe del tanque dependerá del grupo de vehículo alquilado. El arrendatario devolverá el tanque vacio sin posibilidad de devolución parcial. CONDUCTOR DEL VEHICULO Edad mínima para alquiler un vehículo es de 21 años y tener carnet de conducir con una antigüedad superior a 1 año. Los conductores menores de 25 años y con carnet de conducir entre 1 y 3 años, pagaran 5 € extra por día, con un mínimo de 45 € por alquiler. CARGOS ADICIONALES Conductor adicional: 5 € por día hasta un mínimo de 25 € por alquiler. Sillas de bebe: 5 € por día con un mínimo de 25 € por silla/alquiler. GPS: 10€ por día con un mínimo de 45€ por alquiler. El arrendatario no reserva un coche en particular (marca, modelo, color) sino un grupo de vehículos de similares características.
