Dear Parishioners and Friends of Our Lady of Fatima,/Queridos parroquianos y amigos de Nuestra Señora de Fátima,
Over the next month, all registered parishioners of
Our Lady of Fatima will receive an invitation to attend
a campaign reception; some of you already have that
invitation. These receptions are social and informative
events that will allow me and members of the Campaign
Committee to present to you our plan of action for our
For Christ Forever campaign.
By attending a reception, you will be presented with information about new Diocesan projects as well as what
we plan to do in order to address our own needs here at
Our Lady of Fatima. We will have a personalized packet
of information prepared for you when you arrive.
Please remember, you will not be asked to turn in a
pledge at these receptions. Leave your wallets at home,
but bring your questions! When you receive your invitation, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible!

Spring Cleaning Volunteers
Plan to join Fr. William and your fellow parishioners for some
good old fashioned spring cleaning on March 29. As we focus
on cleaning up our spiritual life during Lent, come help clean
up our place of worship. We will begin after the 8am Mass
(about 8:30) and go until about noon. The parish will provide
tacos for lunch, but you can bring your own non-alcoholic
beverages. A lot of people ask for one time volunteer opportunities so we hope you can make sit for this one!
culto a Dios.

OLF PARISH SCHOOL NEWS
KindnesS Counts Update
San Clemente’s sponsored KindnesS Counts program was
huge success at OLF School that sported this year’s theme
color of blue as part of the week long program.
The week of February 7-14 was filled with student kindness
activities all around our campus. We launched the community program on February 7th with a special assembly that
included a cool video showing how infectious kindness can
be. The week’s activities included signing a giant KindnesS
Counts poster, tying blue ribbons to our fence, creating kindness poems in various genres, creating class kindness posters
that were hung around the school, and creating grade level
kindness chain links that had student-written acts of kindness
on each one. In addition, the students got together with their
“buddies” to exchanging Kindness Grams, and the teachers
handed out Caught Being Kind cards all throughout the week
All in all, we lived the week learning that “It’s good to be kind.”
