Comisión de Administración de Divisas (CADIVI) Request Form
The Comisión de Administración de Divisas (CADIVI) is the Venezuelan government body which administers
currency exchange in Venezuela. Each term, Venezuelan students must provide multiple documents to CADIVI in
order to trade Bolίvares Fuertes (VEF) into U.S. dollars (USD) for payment to Nova Southeastern University
(NSU). NSU strives to make the CADIVI process as simple as possible for Venezuelan students; however,
CADIVI may make changes to its processes at any time. It is the student’s responsibility to be knowledgeable
about CADIVI requirements. For more information, visit www.cadivi.gob.ve.
Instructions
Venezuelan students must use the CADIVI Request Form (next page) to request the following CADIVI
documents:

Document # 1: CADIVI Letter (Constancia de Estudio)
Document # 2: CADIVI Tuition Invoice (Factura pro-forma)
These documents attest to NSU charges and must be submitted upon registration.


Document # 3: CADIVI Letter of Receipt (Recibo)
Document # 4: ire ransfer Information etter ( arta con n úmero de giro)
These documents attest to receipt of payment by NSU.



Document # 5a: CADIVI Registration Verification(Constancia de Registro para término futuro)
Document # 5b: CADIVI Enrollment Verification (Constancia de Registro del término en curso)
Document # 5b: Verfication of Term Completion (Constancia de Término Completo)

Document # 6: CADIVI Manutención Letter (only for students on OPT)
To request any of the documents listed above, please submit this request form as follows:

Please note:



This form must be submitted EVERY TERM.
CADIVI documents will be notarized and will only attest to the information in NSU’s systems.
CADIVI requests will be processed within 3-5 business days.
