Wednesdays: Keister, Stone Spring, Waterman

If yes, then you pay $50 for the year. This fee includes the classes and an instrument!
___ My child is eligible for reduced lunch at school? You pay $75 tuition for the year of classes (does
not include an instrument). However, you are eligible to rent an instrument through EMU for
$20/year. Would you like to do this? _____
___ My child is not eligible for free or reduced lunch. Therefore, I understand that I am responsible for
providing the instrument. (Instrument information is available by calling 432-4277). The tuition
for the year of classes is $75.
